Girl, 15, gives birth to twins... fathered by her classmate

A 15-year-old schoolgirl has given birth to twins, fathered by her classmate boyfriend.
The babies were conceived when Samantha (Sammii) Humphries was 14, and her boyfriend Daniel Sargent was 15.
The news comes amid the uproar over Alfie Patten, who became a father at the age of 13 a fortnight ago.

My bad, she actually had the baby, quite unusual.
More than 40 years ago, a nice farm couple adopted a 7 day old baby from two 15 year-olds who apparently got carried away in the backseat of his daddy’s car, resulting in SoDak. It’s nothing new.
I don’t know why this made the news. I’ve know two women who gave birth shortly after they turned 15. One is related to me. She became a believer and is now an outstanding 24-year old mother of three. She’s one of the strongest Christian bulwarks in the family and I adore her.

I’m not sure why this is news. It’s sad, but it’s not news.
These parents are clearly stupid.
Just like all the other families where the parents have an education or a marketable/licensed skill so they can get/hold a job to support a family of 4, pay the rent, pay the electric, pay the gas, make car payments, put food on the table, buy clothing and furniture, pay the phone and computer and cable bills, pay doctor bills... wait, we can assume the happy couple has insurance or has paid the hospital for the twins' birth, right?

I know dozens of girls who married and had babies at 15, raised lots of kids and are good productive people now. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but kids used to be more mature than they are now.
