The term euphemism refers to the substitution of a vague or milder term for one that may be considered harsh, offensive or blunt. Example:
George Soros is a philanthropist.
If by philanthropist we mean one who creates chaos, destruction and financial ruin for his own personal gain, its a perfect fit. Calling Soros a philanthropist is rather like referring to the Nazi block wardens as Neighborhood Watch.

Why can't anyone in Big Media here report on Soros??
To: gimme1ibertee
He's the puppetmaster behind all those Socialists. If we had a Media that was vaguely interested in getting to the bottom of the meltdown I suspect they would find Soros in the bedrock of our financial problems. Too bad Big Media is in bed with Soros/0bama/Emannuel/Pelosi/Reid/Clinton/Geithner/Biden, etc., etc., etc. Big Media would NEVER implicate their own.

Soros took England for 10 Billion pounds so there is a good chance that he is getting stimulated. He has to get paid back for his “gift” to Boama. He is less trustworthy than congress. At least the Senate has a dress code and puts on like they have ethics and such.

Why hasn’t someone put a bullet in this man’s head yet? Just saying...

I think it would be better if the Russians used their umbrella or polonium trick on him. He's screwed up their economy as bad or worse than he's done ours. It could lead to new detente.

My feelings as well. How old is he?
He has to be in his mid 70’s.
