What a glorious day. I don’t know how I missed these threads yesterday. I was online quite a lot, and only turned on TV much later.

I’m so happy for these men and their families. Now, for a pardon for each one and we’ll be done with what was an awful mistake in prosecuting them.

Why on earth did it take one day less than a month from the time the presidential pardon was issued for these two gentlemen to be released?

The correct outcome would have been a full pardon, reinstatement to their positions as Border Patrol Agents, full back pay and benefits for the amount of time these men were persecuted, and full reimbursement of any/all legal costs they were forced to incur as a result of this ridiculous situation.
