Steven Fowler, here is what the elites think of you.

It's 2009, the end of a decade which -- when it comes to television -- was defined in large part by reality shows. By now, most of us reality fans have become a bit jaded. Backstabbing, catfights, rants, breakdowns - there's just not much shock value left anymore. So after Valleywag ran this story about public reaction to one man's behavior on (of all shows) "Wife Swap" a few weeks ago, it got me thinking about how this particular guy had disturbed and outraged so many people.

If you've never seen the show, it's a basic enough concept. Two women, usually from very different families and very different parts of the country, trade places and move in with each other's husbands and children for two weeks. The housewife swaps with the career woman. The mom of a sports-obsessed family moves in with a brood of bookworms. The hour is often filled with plenty of head-butting, but usually everyone goes back to the farm/penthouse/commune/mansion richer for the experience.

Did you ever want to know what the people like 0 and John Kerry really think of you? This guy shows us, plain and simple.

If you want to watch this man in action, I will link to the videos in my first post.

Don't you feel better that these people are running our country?

Now for the good news. His wife tried to apologize, to save her business. He is off the websites of every company he was associated with.

Liberalism and cruelty to those who disagee with you go hand in hand.

This is just the tip of the iceberg concerning this topic.

I could only watch part of that video when I saw it yesterday. I’d think that someone with such obvious personality deficits would have a more difficult time of it over here. It was easier to watch the Berg beheading than to watch this smarmy buffoon.

So true. If only there were a way to just change the channel.

One thing that I wonder about... These people are proud of being "citizens of the world," and he disparages the USA at every opportunity. Yet he stated that he came to this country and became a citizen. WHY? He stated that there are only a few cities in the US that he could live in, that were similar to Europe. So why did he leave Europe?

The only thing I can figure is that these people feel that they need to bring everyone under a single rule, in order to establish their utopia. And of course, they know how everything should be run.

I honestly don't ever recall seeing someone so upfront about their disdain for another human being. I especially loved the part where he continually rants at her to the point where she breaks down and tell him to go to hell, at which point he casually tells his children "she's so rude!"

I didn't see the show, just the YouTube clips. As I stated in an earlier post on this, I was truly amazed at the self control exhibited by her husband (the gentleman from MO, whose wife was abused by this POS). During their meeting, you could just see that this guy was fuming, and was ready to rip this effete snob to shreds, but kept it under control.

What I'd be wondering about it I were that guy, is given the disdain and outright hatred he has for those he sees as beneath himself, I wonder how those people he employs feel about him... If I were him, I'd be wondering just what the content of my food is... And I'd certainly be using my toothbrush only once and then throwing it away, just in case the maid used it for something else...

My hubby gave the Missouri husband the most credit. We were truly surprised the man didn’t jump across the table and beat the elitist’s smarmy face to a pulp.

My wife, for some odd reason loves this show. Hmmm. Anyway, I found out about this here, of all places. It’s simply a great illustration of a stereotypical ultra-liberal asshole and his bizarro family, completely uncensored. Morbidly fascinating. Like sociological porn.
