Surely this is a misstatement and VP Biden meant to say “US Ready To Talk Pre-Emptive Action On Iran”. This is the same policy Pres. Clinton had, they will only act as a diversion, when their chestnuts are getting singed , and that will be a couple of missiles at a tent. We have seen their reaction when real action is taken, they go apoplectic.
