ANALYSIS

Same run at “gay” marriage is happening in our legislature today in WA State.
it is all about destroying society.
If government can define normal then government defines reality.
Next week the government will say the sun circles the earth. Why not government used to require that belief too.

(the russian orthodox church had it right when they burned to the ground a church where two homosexuals bribed an old priest to “marry” them. Even though the church was scheduled to be taken down, they said the desicration could not be allowed to stand)
Bill - somebody in the legislature is thinking about NH. This bill also appeared;
Four New Hampshire state legislators have introduced a resolution affirming Thomas Jefferson’s defense of state’s rights. House Concurrent Resolution 6 was recently introduced into the New Hampshire’s State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee by Rep. Itse, Rep. Ingbretson, Rep. Comerford, and Sen. Denley.
Interestingly, the authors of the New Hampshire Resolution took most of the language from the document commonly known as “Jefferson and Madison’s Kentucky Resolutions of 1798.”*
Following in the footsteps of the Founding Fathers the New Hampshire Resolution declares:
That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a General Government for special purposes, — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force; that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral party, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress….
The New Hampshire Resolution boldly defends the state’s (and it citizen’s) rights preserved under the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Simple. Let the people of NH vote on civil unions. Let us vote on the definition of what a marriage is... It is amazing that Governor Lynch never campaigned on this issue nor did any of the Democrat pols in Concord, but they created this anyway.... Let the people vote!

HB 337 PUBLIC HEARING:
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH AT 10:30 AM IN ROOM 308 OF THE LEGISLATIVE OFFICE BUILDING
HB 337: Requires that those selling more than one cat or dog per year to obtain a temporary license for $25, valid for 60 days. No more than two temporary licenses can be obtained in a year.

Attend the public hearing to voice your opposition or send a letter to each member of the House Environment and Agriculture Committee (see addresses and emails below).
Voicing your opposition at the public hearing is the most effective way to kill the bill (bring copies of your testimony so they have a written record of your concerns).
Talking Points about why HB 337 should be killed:
- The current NH laws regarding licensing breeders and sellers as well as the animal cruelty laws are sufficient regulation.
- It creates a new tax on cat and dog owners. A “temporary vendor’s” permit is not required to sell any other item of personal property (car, TV, pet goat or fish, etc.).
- A similar law was enacted in Maine and they have found that the 60 day term is not sufficient. In fact, if a litter is not placed within 60 days, another permit would need to be purchased.
- The legislation creates more problems than it solves. Those who want to avoid the requirement will advertise out of state or on the internet.
