Zagreb. U.S. President Barack Obama might visit Croatia and Albania in April, the Croatian Jutarnji List writes on its Internet site.

According to anonymous White House sources Obama will most probably visit Zagreb and Tirana immediately after the NATO summit in Strasbourg. If Obama does not visit the two countries on organizational grounds, the prime ministers of the two NATO newcomers will visit the White House, the Jutarnji List says.

Albania is Muslim, so he’s going to balance that with Croatia.

That could be because like attracts like. Kentuckians can console themselves clinging to their guns and Bibles. s/

Sort of what I was thinking but,
If the messiah werre to get whacked while in say Croatia,
Would it cause a world war like it did WWI.

Tirana will be the “Muslim capital city” from which Obama will make his promised speech.

Albania is relatively tolerant for a Muslim nation, and Obama is far less likely to face the problems that would come with an actual bold choice, like Tehran or Damascus.

His actions will fall short of his rhetoric. But we already knew that about him, didn’t we?

"Albania is relatively tolerant for a Muslim nation..."

Religiously, apparently that's changing. When even Muslim apologist Stephen Schwartz is griping about the growth of Wahhabism in Kosovo and Albania, you know something has got be up. Most of what Schwartz writes is a crock and Muslim propaganda (he's on the Board of the "US Center for Islamic Pluralism"), but for him to publicly complain about the growth of Wahhabism, it's got to be bad.

Ethnically, Albania is the most INTOLERANT & chauvinistic nation in the Balkans -- they hate all their immediate neighbors equally, Greeks, Serbs, Macedonians, and Montenegrins. And for the most part, the feeling is mutual. Albanians were the Ottoman Turks' henchmen, then later Nazi Germany's henchmen -- no surprise that they are now NATO's new bootlickers.

Actually that would have been Bosnia, not Croatia. There was Ron Brown, though, if you want to go there. His plane went down in Croatia.

Hmm
Let me guess : You must be either a Serv or a Greek.
Either way, your statements are completely false. Albania has 4 different religious groups and historically they have had the best tolerance and well-understanding of each other. I think all the other multi religious countries should keep Albania as a model in that aspect.
As for Albanians being “henchmen” of foreign powers.. again WRONG! Albania had 28000 martyrs in WWII and was the only country that at the end of the war, ended up with more JEWS than at the beginning.
I hope that your comments are only due to ignorance on the subject and not malice.

So, just because you say so, we should select this small group of people, SS Skanderbeg as representing the whole people of Albania, or is it how it fits your propaganda. There were collaborators of Nazis almost in every country, read a book or too, OK, oldie?

Everyone knows that the Christian Albanians are not a problem for anyone.

It’s just a pity that so few are Christians!

And that so many criminal Albanians and Jihadist Muslims flooded into Kosovo and ethnically cleansed the Serb, Jew, and Roma populace of that area.

Uh huh and attempting to minimize what that division accomplished on your part is also telling of how Albanians are living in denial of their Nazi past.
