Well this will be a chance for the NRA to prove it’s metal.

Get an across the board injunction and fight it all the way to the SCOTUS.

Good luck on enforcement .... I’m quite happy to be in conflict with any new restrictive law.

How’s Obambi going to get the gangs to register their automatic weapons? Does he have a plan or just a mandate?

They won’t get mine. Period.

That said, this is how the GOP can regain control...in fact its the only way. Presiden Zero and the insane leftwingnut Congress acting in this kind of manner.

Isn’t a gun registered when it is purchased, or is this over and above that?

It's up to the state that you live in whether registration is required.

Registration is the first step to confiscation...risk the penalty, don’t do it if this stupid law passes.

If it passes, you will see confiscation in 5 years.

Change YOU can believe in.

HR45 sentenced to death in committee. Nothing to see here, and actually kind of old news.

Maybe in California, but not in most other states.

Apart from the defacto registration by the Fed government that comes from the illegal retention of backgound check records, of course.

4473 is a half-assed sort of registration ... but the assxxxxx can certainly index them and have real registration.

It would be illegal (currently) but not inpossible.

It's up to the state that you live in whether registration is required.

Somethimes it can be counties too.

Here in Clark county, you have to register with the local cop shop, but elsewhere in the state you don't. Well, maybe Reno, I'm not sure.
