They didn’t publish an address, for obvious reasons, but call here and they’ll let you know where to send items:

Persons seeking information may call Crystal Lake at (417) 531-2198 or (417) 664-5253.

Thanks for working on this. Prayers, a package, and a check are on their way from me.

I don’t know if anyone else found anything out, but I e-mailed the author of the Lebanon paper article and she sent me this info on donations. Please repost this with the update! Thanks!

Well, here is what I know. :)
Contributions of clothing donations will be accepted at Crosslines in the name of the Brian Lake Family. A Central Bank account will be set up today in the name of the Lake Family.
Here are needs the family has, according to Crystal Lake:
n Kids
Crystal’s younger brother which the family is adopting, Dakota Bilyeu, 13 — sizes 12-14. Dakota attends Lebanon Junior High.
Kennedy, age 6, — girls size 6
Kaleb, age 2 - size 4T
Kolten, age 1 —size 12 months
n Parents
Crystal: pants size 3-5, small shirts
Brian: pants size 29-32, large shirts
Persons seeking information may call Crystal Lake at (417) 531-2198 or (417) 664-5253.
Lebanon is in Missouri on Interstate 44 between Rolla and Springfield. The phone number is for the woman I talked to for the story. She will be able to help with addresses.
Here are some other phone numbers to call:
Central Bank — (417) 532-2151
Crosslines — (588) 3559
Hope that helps, if not let me know and I will find more information...

They should contact Yellow Ribbon America and they can probably make it work.
I've helped with their efforts here in Northern Calif. - exceptionally fine organization.

Thank you!

I have Th-Fr off this week and will pull together what I can for the kids. I’m thinking socks and undies would also be needed, maybe toothbrushes and toothpaste; a few age-appropriate books, a new Bible for Mom, etc. :)
