I always wondered, in these joint exercises, is each side (a) holding back some of their latest tech and tactics, AND (b) noting as much as possible of their “partner”’s?
The Indian Navy also does joint exercises with the US Navy. Are they hedging their bets or are the Russians and Indians both looking at China as a potential threat?
