Sexually transmitted disease rates soar: CDC WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. syphilis rates rose for a seventh year in 2007, driven by gay and bisexual men, while chlamydia reached record numbers and gonorrhea remained at alarming levels -- especially among blacks, health officials said on Tuesday. Blacks make up 12 percent of the U.S. population, but account for about 70 percent of gonorrhea cases and almost half of chlamydia and syphilis cases, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.
Black women ages 15 to 19 have the highest rates of chlamydia and gonorrhea, and gonorrhea rates for blacks overall were 19 times higher than for whites, the CDC said.

During the break she stayed behind. All the others went out for coffee in the cafeteria. When they returned to the class room, the teacher’s rep dropped her cleverness on them by saying that everyone who shook hands with the people with a circle on the their hands had “contracted” a STD and since everyone had shaken hands with them, they ALL had it. The woman raised her hand and said she didn’t have it, because “she abstained”. Well that was the last time she went to her kid’s school.

They were about 14% in the 70s. But two main things have occurred. First, half of all black children conceived are killed by abortion. (See Black Genocide.org) Second, the Hispanic population has a higher live birth rate than the black population. The 14% figure has slowly edged towards 12% in the last 30 years.

Woman/child is really interchangeable depending on the slant.
Like the Bristol Palin pregnancy, if she got an abortion, she would have been within her rights as a woman, but since she had the baby, she is a mere child.
