Mitch McConell Lost His Testicles and Now Infects the Senate GOP with a Cancer.
Red State ^ | Erik Ericson

Posted on 01/08/2009 7:16:09 PM PST by mockingbyrd

Allow me to be blunt:

There are some of you who have fallen under McConnell’s spell in the same way the lefties have fallen under Obama’s spell. McConnell can do no wrong.

You all wet your pants when McConnell publicly rebukes Reid and engage in private actions that might cause you to go blind behind closed doors in the bathroom to his floor statements against defunding the war.

The idea that Mitch McConnell is protecting us from the Democrats is bullcrap. We should collectively rip off his jaw and shovel the crap back down his throat that he’s been serving us.

It pretty much takes two parties, to destroy a constitutional republic.

We’ve been sold out and I’m sick and tired of party honks and hacks continuing to try to sell me that same old bullsh*t line about how there is actually a difference between the two parties.

There ain’t.

I agree he is a RINO and we should dump all the RINOs but it’s going to take another election or two to rout them out. There’s no use being personally vicious toward a senator who can’t really do much anyway. The Democrats have the floor and have the power. The ONLY way anything we believe in can be safeguarded from the libs now is if the Blue Dog Democrats join forces on legislation with the Republicans, to block Obama’s agendas.

Mitch McConnell is an effeminate wimp.

He must carry his very own jar of Vaseline so Harry Reid isn’t inconvenienced.

He caved on the bailout bill in September/October.

He’ll cave again.

How lucky can the Dems get?

In the last twelve years: GOP majority leaders——Lott, Frist, McConnell.

Larry, Moe, and Curly.

Meanwhile the whorehouse laundress’s boy and San Fran Nan outwit the GOP retards with abandon.

What sport! All that is missing is the late Jim McKay giving us the play by play.

We need a new party folks. These Goptards are going to sell us down the river in a NY minute.

Why even have a Republican Party? Did Dems eagerly work with Bush when he was elected in 2000?

He can do plenty. He's simply trying to be a nice member of the club, and keep his good standing there. That's like saying 'There's no use being rude to Hamas, they're just being who they are'. That kind of approach enables them to no end.

Republicans have become too complacent, we have jobs and lives like liberals, but we are not people that get out and activate, which is why the GOP has gone to hell in a handbasket. Running is not going to change that. I guess we need more College Republicans, students always have more time on their hands to make a fuss.

Ignorant irresponsible hogwash.

Ignorant because only unthinking people blame the voters because the other party won.

Do we blame consumers because Detroit autos are in less demand than Toyota, Honda, etc? Is it the consumer’s fault that they don’t choose Detroit’s cars?

Irresponsible because it allows the GOP to shirk responsibility for running weak candidates and weak campaigns.

When the GOP can run a decent candidate and a decent campaign that attracts voters then they will win elections.

Not certain what you are calling irresponsible. It is irresponsible to just run away and vote for people like Bob Barr instead of fighting in your state to change the voting rules and cleaning up the voter rolls. It is irresponsible to continue to look the other way and allow ACORN to vote non-existent people like they did in many of the counties in Minnesota... it is irresponsible to not vote for a Republican Secretary of State and allow the democrats to win that position, knowing they make the rules that allowed people like Franken to win in Mn and Obama to win in Ohio, Indiana, etc. Anyone can sit back and say oh, my it’s broken, I’m going to just stay home or vote for someone who doesn’t have a change to win. It is fine to complain about bad candidates, but then not do anything to push good candidates to run... and then support them when they do.

I was with over 60 Orthodox Jews Here in San Diego Sunday countering Humas supporters, the women in Hijabs.
The Humas idiots with their Marxist signs, etc.
We were face to face with them.

To shut the loud Muzzis up over 25 Jewish women danced in a circle and sung in Hebrew right in front of over 100 Muzzies.

I have done many counter demonstrations, some with FReepers and Protest Warriors and others. vs. Code Pinkos and other Marxist groups. Also with a group vs. 50,000 Mexicans. This is what some Conservative Republicans do.

while Third Party loons support the same views Conservatives fight against.

I was unclear with my statement — I was speaking in broad strokes “we”..... Bless those Jewish women. I hope there is thousands more like them and you. I do think we are getting better at activism. I have a friend who never, ever, got involved with anything who joined out local minuteman chapter and has been very active, she is the very last person anyone would have ever thought to do this, but there comes a point for all of us where enough is enough.

...Ignorant because only unthinking people blame the voters because the other party won...

Who do you think the party is, if not the voters themselves? In a republic, where do the candidates come from, if not from the public? Do we expect a benign, transcendent messiah-like power to do our work for us? If so, we must be democrats, since that's all that's expected of them. The GOP shirks responsibility because they (we, in my case) have weak, supercilious leadership, who are installed by us, the voters. We will win elections when we organize to win elections, not before.

Gov. Sarah Palin, Gov. Bobby Jindal, Several Senators and Congressmen.

Here in San Diego 3 of our 5 Congressmen are conservatives.
Especially Bilbray and Hunter.
Duncan Hunter who ret. and his son Marine Col. D. Hunter was elected to his seat. His son has done several tours in Iraq and Afgh. and a major conservative.

I worked at Reagan’s headquarter when he first ran for Gov.
I know what a conservative is.

NO difference in the parties? How right you are!

The GOP has been yanking the collective chains of the conservatives, just like the Dem's have been yanking the chain of those on the left, for years. Problem for the GOP is that most Conservatives have been waking up over the past 7 or so years, and especially since the presidential primaries.

I'll never believe anything any of them says anymore.

Are you serious? Can you not see the writing on the wall?

IF we did as you suggest, and simply wait around to "dump" all the RINOS in the next election cycle, who do you think would be left in the GOP?

I'm serious here! Name one true registered conservative left in either the house or the senate worth supporting!

Then name me someone with a conservative track record, worth replacing them with; because I sure as heck can't think of any off hand.
