I seriously have concerns for her safety. The left is crazed with hate for her; and she is a serious challenger to 0-_hitler ...Yea I’m kooky, I know, but I’ve never seen the absolute hatred for someone that exists for Governor Palin. How long until the media makes up something that will actually stick; and she is sent to a gulag?

What is it about failed similar policies that these fools don't seem to understand?

When ammo is outlawed, only outlaws will have ammo. There's a stark fact that idiots refuse to accept

I agree with you with one exception: the fools are no fools. They understand and execute their marching orders perfectly. The marching orders convey that the ape-elect "respects the Second Amendment" and citizens could buy howitzers if they wish but cannot buy ammo for it and so, howitzers could be used as ramrods while the Second Amendment was "respected".

As it stands now, gun shops aren't required to ask any questions before selling bullets, as long as the buyer is 18 and can present identification.

ACORN's real mission is: "As it stands now, polling places aren't allowed to ask any questions before letting people vote, as long as the person is 18 and is NOT REQUIRED to present identification."

In the Peoples Republic of New Jersey long gun ammo is not a problem . However, if you purchase handgun ammo you have to have a firearm ID card and the purchase is recorded in a book.

Is it illegal for NJ residents to buy ammo in another state? Are NJ ammo boxes specially stamped to show that the buyer was checked?

...if you purchase handgun ammo you have to have a firearm ID card and the purchase is recorded in a book. This includes any ammo that can be used in a handgun such as .22, .17 etc . as well as .410 shotgun because of the Taurus Judge on the market .

Do they do the same for .223, .30-30, and other rifle cartridges that have handguns chambered for them? While absurd, it would be consistent.

Get a Class III license and you can own a sawed-off, whether it's AOW or not, and no matter what Joizy thinks. Pay your federal tax, you're good.

In NJ, there are restrictions, Class III or not. Short Barreled shotguns are out entirely for anyone or entity. Other AOW restrictions apply including short barrel rifles, silencers and some other things.

Hasn’t happened to me yet in those calibers . Guess they are to dumb to know . Most local ammmo I buy is from Dick’s. Funny thing though. If you buy handgun ammo from other sources outside the state ( of confusion ) you pay no tax and don’t need the FID.

"The problem with the law is that it allows criminals to have access to bullets. And it's the bullets that's killing us," according to Whitley.

That's what the British said just before Lexington and Concord.

NC is the emerging New Jersey of the South. I flew into Raleigh-Durham airport last year and the announcements were in Spanish and English.
