Yes, waiter, I’d like to order a double bacon chili cheese burger with extra grape seeds.

Can you explain this? How does a body become acidic exactly.

Different parts of your body have different pH levels. Stomach acid, blood, urine, lymphatic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid are not all exactly the same pH. However, the average for blood is 7.2 or very very slightly alkaline, even a variation of 0.2-0.4 Ph points is enough to push your body in a condition of too much acidity, acidosis, or too much alkalinity, alkalosis. Both are unhealthy conditions.

Purportedly, certain foods can trigger metabolic reactions that push your body’s pH in one direction or another. Your body possesses a great reservoir of alkalinity: Your bones. So, though some foods temporarily push you to an acidic condition, your body has protective mechanisms to restore the balance.

Each of the foods, I think, work in different ways. You can have contradictory mechanisms. Take alkaline foods, and your body would be more alkaline, BUT, too much in the way of alkaline foods, and your body will trigger reactions to get you back to pH 7.2. But there appear to be limits to how well they can function...anyway...internet has a lot on this.

They have far fewer cancers. Natural plant foods are the way to go. Anything processed, even wheat and other grains are bad for you. You go out into a field of fruit trees you’ll never go hungry. Go out into a field of wheat and you’ll starve to death.

Thanks, but eating lots of organic fruits including grapes, will do the same thing, prevent cancer. Cancer cannot grow in an alkaline body, only acidic.

So citrus fruits should be avoided?

No, in fact many citrus fruits, like lemons, actually produce an alkaline state in the body. It’s the exact opposite of what you would think.

Remember when God created Adam and Eve He said to them, “You may eat of every fruit in the garden” except for that one fruit, unnamed, which was off limits. So before Adam and Eve sinned God had created a garden filled with fruit for Adam and Eve to eat. Fruit is the healthiest thing you can eat - and sadly it’s the one thing you are not likely to see on the menu of most restaurants today, except cooked in a pie, or a piece of orange as a garnish. We eat foods rich with empty carbs, harsh proteins, processed grains, unhealthy fats, etc. instead. The simple fruit in comparison is God’s perfect food.
