"If the amount of alcohol, happy people and major functions on election night is any indication, I suspect we'll indeed see a boom," says 25-year-old Brandon Mendelson, a graduate student in Albany, N.Y., who says he changed his vote at the last minute because "I wanted to be able to tell our future children that we voted for Obama."

something like 1.4m abortions per year... which is about 1 in 4 US pregnancies.
assume the political breakdown is 50/50 dem to gop, and assume that gop females generally are pro-life... that would mean, out of 4, 2 are GOP and are not going to get an abortion. that leaves you with 2 for the dems... 1 of which will get an abortion.
so, as the numbers show, if you marry a leftie... you have a 50% chance she’ll whack your kid before its born. (and they wonder why guys don’t want to marry them)
