They renamed it the Smelly Tourist Festival.
:::YAWN:::
Why didn’t you just say it’s a pro-troop event?
Why didn’t you just say it’s a pro-troop event?
Maybe he can recycle those used styrofoam Greek columns? //grin//
No the temple will be built in Israel. Obama will make a 7 year peace pact with Israel. He will break that peace 3-1/2 years later. He will then enter the temple, sit upon the alter, and proclaim himself "god", "savior of the world". This in the Bible is called the abomination of desolation.
The good thing is 3-1/2 years later the REAL God shows up, gives Obama a major *itch slapping, has his angels bind him up and throw him into the everlasting Hibachi.
bttt!
Careful..........that’s the day MLK was assassinated.

Merry Christmas everyone.
Thank you USMC for posting this.
I hope your Christmas was all you wanted it to be.
I'm still working on logistics for this, and I just want to let you know that the response from the milblog community has been very positive.
They want this, and I'll do everything I know to do to give it to them.
We have a Facebook page setup, so anyone on Facebook, get over there and add your name to the attendees list.
You'll see some familiar names already listed, and I have some excerpts from the original Zombietime post that started this on the event wall.
Check out Concretebob's Post No. 26
Also read the other posts as there is some real interesting information.

the eagles really need a gathering
rough past couple months for patriots!
Kent State Massacre?
Thanks for the invite. I will not enter the city of Washington DC until I can be a full citizen and not a serf. I refuse to give up my guns, even for one day.
You’ll have two of us coming down from Philly tonight for Walter Reed.
Keep up the great planning, USMCdaughter1, CB, and all the others. Finally a rally with ample notice and some time to plan.
As you know, the D.C. Chapter will be here to do what we can. Just let us know.
[Mr] T
It is a Declaration of Victory.
If you saw the 22 November post on zombietime, you'll understand.
This is the logical extension of that Declaration.
Post is up at The Talon and I have the support of dozens, if not hundreds of milbloggers.
This is for the men and women who did the heavy-lifting, who got their boots bloody and their hands dirty, and won this war.
As Mr Greyhawk at the Mudville Gazette says in his 14 November post:
I've been saying "we won" for some time now, so no argument on that point from me. But if there's any war left in Iraq, it's up north. No one has been reporting from Mosul for a while.
That's usually a good sign (recall how news from Anbar disappeared during the surge, as that province tipped into the "win" column) but I'd still like to hear from a trusted source on how things are going up there.
or Uncle Jimbo from Blackfive:
I have been an advocate of a victory parade or some other acknowledgment of the victory we have won in Iraq. First because everyone who served there deserves it and second because the incoming President tried his damndest to lose the war and should not be allowed near a celebration.
There are plenty more posts from men and women who did the work at Zombietime.com.
This is just one more step that we have taken towards seeing a sovereign, democratic and free Iraq, said Hastings. I have seen what the ISF are capable of doing, and I know that they will continue to do great things as they conduct their own operations, search for weapons caches and continue following the rule of law.
PING to #36
Fruit-bearing creepers, too.
The MEETING LOCATION and NEW DATE in Post 40

I think post #6 may be on to something.
June 13th, is it?
I don’t have facebook. I’m not that popular of a gal. But, if I did, would you and Mrs T be my friend? : )
Could you post more details when they are available? Thanks, HB
I don’t know, I’ll have to ask [Mrs] T about being your friend. :-))
The idea of June 13 is to declare VICTORY in IRAQ and honor our troops as was done in WWII for a JOB WELL DONE.
[Mr] T
Thanks TR! I’m adding to Facebook and planning to be there (also on March 21). I was going to be out of town on business on April 4. Now I can make it.
Good deal on both events. Our numbers are slowly growing.
[Mr] T
bump for later
I will have to change plans and come early for this!
Thanks for the ping TR; I don’t currently do Facebook but looks like I have a reason to join now.
