You could get killed on a freeway suddenly slowing down — cars could pile into you in seconds, since nobody expects someone in front of them to slow down to 3-5 miles per hour for no visible reason.
It already is immpossible. The “black box” in EVERY car records the the last ~30 seconds of a wide variety of parameters. It is often taken by accident investigator (public and private). Everyone needs to know where it is in their car and how to get it out rapidly.
