I have three questions for you and would appreciate hearing your opinion. Actually I would like anyone to weigh in if they can answer my questions or give their opinions.

We will know Monday whether the Justices will hear Cort’s case. Do you think it is possible that the SC Justices will consider joining the cases together and hear them AFTER the Electoral College vote due to the fact that Obama will not actually BE “President-Elect” until AFTER the vote on Monday?

I understand that a Judge in the Washington State SC has decided to hear a case. (I hope what I heard is correct.)
Is it possible for the Washington Supreme Court Judge to issue a stay in that State’s Electoral College vote on Monday?

The Electoral College meet at each state capital to cast their votes on Monday. If one or more Electoral College members of a particular state raise the question of constitutional qualifications, does that state Electoral College group have to resolve the issue before casting their votes?

1. "Do you think it is possible that the SC Justices will consider joining the cases together and hear them AFTER the Electoral College vote due to the fact that Obama will not actually BE “President-Elect” until AFTER the vote on Monday?" Um, no.

2. "Is it possible for the Washington Supreme Court Judge to issue a stay in that State’s Electoral College vote on Monday?" Again, no. Wash State is so liberal they would end the Republic before honoring the Constitution.

3. "If one or more Electoral College members of a particular state raise the question of constitutional qualifications, does that state Electoral College group have to resolve the issue before casting their votes?" I don't know, though I would bet the process--since we are talking about Obama electors and they are drones--would merely replace the elector and go on with the hoax.

I sure hope someone with an education in these things answers your questions, 'cause all you've gotten from me are guesses. And since I'm learning to despise democrats and their idiot voters, that taints my perspective a bit.

I would be interested to know what planks they were, of the Constitution Party Platform, that Alan Keys declared that he could not support. That might say a lot about both parties — that is, the differences between the two.

It's been five months now, and I can't recall all the details. However, two planks on which there was complete disagreement between Keyes and the CP platform dealt with immigration and with support for the UN. In general, Keyes was much more willing to sacrifice American sovereignty than was the CP.

I think the contrast between what the CP did and what the Libertarian Party did is instructive. Both were presented with the opportunity to nominate a "big name," if they would abandon their principles. The Libertarians did that and lost anyway. Now there is much name-calling among the Libertarians. The CP didn't do that, and while it lost, it retained its integrity. I think we made the right decision.

Thanks! We all are learning together and it sure is difficult to get to the truth, but I believe the truth will come in time. Just waiting for the decision on Monday and the progression of the cases before State Supreme Courts.
