Where would I find that info, please?
It takes one Senator and one Representative to issue the challenge. It'd take a majority in both houses to uphold it.
The piece says that the Constitution is the largest third party? or did I get that wrong? America's Independent Party is claiming the same thing. Perhaps the two will find a way to get together.
Alan Keyes had been asked to run as the Constitution Party nomination, but, I get from a higher-up in America's Independent Party, the CP didn't treat him very well at their convention. Chuck Baldwin got the vote. It was only then that Ambassador Keys was picked up by AIP.
But from their respective web sites, I notice no difference between the two parties. If they were to find some way to throw in together, that unit might prove to be very effective.
They should both come join the Falcon Party
Marijuana leaves are not that big, are they?
If you put together all the Third Party loons, you would be lucky to get 5%.
But since they are more in line with the left, being anti war, and some of their candidates global warmers, for amnesty, for gay marriage, and 9/11 Truthers there is your home.
While they're at it... Seek a BAN ON ABSENTEE BALLOTS AND ANY EARLY VOTING FOR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS. The Iraqi indelible ink on the fingertip system comes to mind.
FMCDH(BITS)
Obama got a fake but inaccurate COLB. Does that count?
Call me crazy ... BUT couldn’t John G. Roberts simply send Obama a polite letter asking him for his documents prior to the innauguration as it is his duty to ensure constitutional compliance before the ceremony. We don’t need a lawsuit or 17 other justices to concur ,, we need one that will just do his job...
We know now that it can be bought.
But it's only that gossip rag 'The Globe.' Seen in news stands all across America which means millions have seen the cover just like I did tonight . . . in the local supermarket check-out line.
But everybody will be talking about his forged CLB this weekend. The bad news is that one of his grandmothers -- and three or four other people say he was not born in Hawaii. His father at the time was an English citizen.
John McCain was born in Panama in an off base hospital. Which means he was NOT a natural born citizen either.
And Arnold the Guvernator wants to be President, too. All of which may explain why only two states remain to call for a
A Constitutional Convention Plan to Rewrite U.S. Constitution
And the Democrats want to grab all our rifles and handguns.
Isn’t the Falcon Party actually libertarian?
Federal Law. 3 USC Sect. 15...
“It only takes one Senator and one Representative to challenge the electors and block the count.
It takes one Senator and one Representative to issue the challenge. It’d take a majority in both houses to uphold it.”
True. After a two hour debate, both Houses would be required to vote. Note: It only takes a majority of the members present, which is not necessarily the whole bodies.
That would be done when both Houses convene to receive the Elector’s sealed votes and the President of the Senate reads them. After reading each States’ vote, which is read alphabetically, he must ask for any objections or challenges.
Hmmm. What does Ru Paul say about 0bama’s lack of a legit BC, I wonder?
“John McCain was born in Panama in an off base hospital. Which means he was NOT a natural born citizen either. “
That is wrong. McCain IS a Natural born citizen. The issue was somewhat muddy, but was cleared up, beyond doubt when Sen.s Clinton and 0bama co-sponsored a bill that, specifically named John McCain.
“Senators Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.)”Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a ‘natural born Citizen under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.” The resolution was co-sponsored by Obama and Clinton.”
The term Natural Born means either, born on American soil, property, or property under US control or authorized by Congress.

The Constitution Party has several state affiliates. In some states, they go by the name American Independent Party. In reality they are the same thing. However, the state affiliates sometimes feel free to nominate their own candidate.
I was a delegate to the Constitution Party nominating convention. Alan Keyes made it clear he would not support several planks of the CP's platform. I can respect a man who says, "Here's where I stand. Take it or leave it." However, such a man has to understand that it goes both ways. If we vote for a platform, he must expect that we'll nominate someone who will support it. So, we nominated Chuck Baldwin. He made it clear he would support the CP's platform.
As for Mr. Clymer, he's a nice guy. It's too bad he has the same name as a jerk of a reporter.
“Oh silly me. I thought GOP meant “Got a Pair”’
No, sorry, it did once mean that but now it means “Got a er,ah, feline”
