WASHINGTON, (AFP) – President-elect Barack Obama plans to give "a major address" in an Islamic capital soon after taking office as he seeks to mend America's image in the Muslim world, a Chicago Tribune interview said.

Probably Baghdad or Kabul. The first thing he will do to show that he is a “tough” Commander in Chief is to visit Iraq and Afghanistan. Nothing more than pure PR stunt and image campaign as he has been doing all along and will continue to do through out his Presidency. All image but zero leadership and substance. When the going gets tough in the war he will quickly crumble and surrender.
