"Wow!" That was Chris Matthews' immediate reaction to Barack Obama's response to a question from a Fox News reporter about why his pick for Commerce Secretary, Bill Richardson, shaved his beard off. After playing a clip from Obama's press conference introducing Richardson on Monday night's "Hardball," Matthews awed at the "intellectual" way Obama analyzed Richardson's personal grooming habits.
What is WRONG with that woman?

Watching them is in the realm of timewasting activities worse than chain smoking in the face of a frigid north wind at breaktime, and slightly better than zoning out and picking one’s nose.

Asking questions at a president elect’s press conference about dogs, ties, Christmas shopping and now this bit of bizarro gayness.
What’s worse than the question is Obama even answering it and then going into great detail about another man’s facial hair.
The only thing creepier than Obama’s answer would be for him to actually shave Richardson.
Maybe that will happen next press conference.
I just hope he choses his face.

I’m watching the HBO mini series, John Adams. The United States our Founding Fathers created no longer exists in my opinion.
20th century power hungry politicians elected over and over and over again have bankrupted our republic to reward their party over country, their personal power over the people they represent. Without conpunction, these creatures have sent our great expierment sprialing toward a black abyss of socialism I fear we may never fully escape from.

Made me sick after the way he has been refused to refer to "President Bush". He must have had something in his contract that allowed him to "The President" and then segue into saying "Mr. Bush".
I can't stand him, but I bet he'll be one of the very few reporters from Fox that obambi will ever acknowledge.
MATTHEWS: Wow! Reminds me of that same mock serious way that Barack Obama went about describing his dog-buying decision. The less important the issue, the more intellectual he gets.
