So now the Democrats are stuck at 58 senators, and need 60 to have the filibuster proof Senate. So now in Minnesota, will they back off Al Franken wanting to go to court and all that to continue the endless recount there? You figure even if Franken prevailed, then the Dems. will have only 59. Just a thought as to how far the Dems. will try to go.

Once you factor in Specter, the 2 from Maine, and a few others, we don’t really have a solid 40 anyway. I can’t see McConnell maintaining too many filibusters even with Norm and Saxby back in the fold.

Lines today and during early voting last week were very "white." It appears that Barry voters did not come back out for Jim Martin.

Franken’s toast in Minnesota, Chambliss takes Georgia, Hillary’s out of the Senate (whatever her effective date is), Obama’s out of the Senate, and there’s a fair likelihood that a couple more Demwits will be out by the end of the year, don’t wanna mention any names though, because I’ve got too much class. [burp!]

Still a lot of votes out in Fulton and Dekalb counties, but I think Saxby has a strong enough lead to cover, as all of the votes are not in from Cobb and Gwinnett counties.
