With a new crop of state lawmakers being sworn in later today, the state council of one of California's biggest unions has launched an ad campaign featuring President-elect Barack Obama and urged new revenues to balance the state budget.

With clips of Obama's election night acceptance speech in the background, the screen in the TV ad flashes with the words "small change won't fill a massive deficit."

Made up of a great quantity of illegal aliens, who believe they should make $25/hour to clean toilets. They stage protests in San Francisco all the time. Have absolutely NO respect for the rights of anyone else to use the sidewalk.

Raise taxes, Oh sure..

Everybody’s stickin’ it to California .. it’s the ‘in’ thing to do..

Even its own democratically controlled legislature and the Gub agree that it is a chump of a state electorate. The last few years verify that.

considering that the unions collectives spent somewhere in the order of $500,000,000 getting Obama and his cronies elected this year, it shouldn’t be a surprise to anybody that they are now impatiently waiting for January 21st 2009 so that the politicians they bought start putting that money back into their coffers.

In California (for instance), the AFL-CIO member unions put $24M into Governor Gray Davis campaign treasury. And Davis got into office and immediately put 87,000 employees in state universities into a union without their permission, consent or knowledge. The AFL-CIO made hundreds of millions each year by that one simple act. They put out $24M and they got it back in nine figures every year for the rest of ‘civilization’ in California.

The collective unions who could benefit from repealing actual elections in the workplace could reap BILLIONS each year in new forced dues from employees into the union back accounts. It’s great work if you can get it. But it is as corupt as anything America has ever seen.

California's powerful public unions want to keep the spigot open. It means jobs, power and money for their members. The public good be damned.

Government: We recognize that the economy is heading downhill, everyone is feeling the pinch... so we are going to take more money from you. Don’t worry, we promise to return at least 10% of it in the form of government projects that will take 50% of your freedom.

Hey, Obambi, why don’t you quit spending.

For example, buying your wife 20,000 dollar bracelets while America is suffering ain’t gonna do it.

It’s apparent that with the election of The Wealth Re-distributor In Chief, that our nation now has an almost equal balance of wagon pullers, and wagon riders.

It’s equally apparent that the wagon riders hate the wagon pullers with a passion, and are hell-bent on doing everything in their power to whip them mercilessly to pull ever greater numbers of riders.

My question is this: what are the wagon riders going to do when they’ve successfully broken the backs of all the wagon pullers?

Everyone is looking at the economy but forgetting the farmer. According to green house gases (EPA) the farmers are going to be taxed on EACH cow because it lets wind go.

First the cows, our homes, cars and then us.

ARE WE GOING TO STAND FOR THESE TAXES? Where and when is our Boston tea party?

It’s coming ... the Americans who actually work and pay taxes at some point are going have had enough and will rise up. This happened in Iceland recently.
