I remember the months of nothing but "The Great Depression" and nightly sad stories of layoffs on all the TV network "news."

Immediately after the election the network employees started reporting that the economy was growing.

I swear I saw this on the "news:" asked about the turn around the Clintonoids (and Stepinawfulstuff was one of the Clintonoids) told the TV network "news" employees that the people were now feeling optimism with Bill Clinton the president-elect.

But we don’t think Obama will be as lucky as Bill and Al, who happened into the e-commerce boom—er-bubble. They love to claim credit for the boom and avoid mentioning the bubble’s bursting. But it has and now their ACORN driven mortgage mess is home to roost and we don’t think Barack will be as lucky.
