So much for his upcoming oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.
Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.
I, too, am raising the stakes.
Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

Just wondering for you legal types, but if O ran, knowing that he was not eligible, and won knowing he could be found out, wouldn’t, or shouldn’t that invalidate the whole election, and a new election have to take place. I mean how could Joe Biden benefit from fraud.

Bold? Bold, but only now getting interested in whether or not this guy is eligible to be President? The self-serving attitude of politicians is sickening. They hold no allegiance to the oaths they take, unless it happens to coincide with potential benefits for themselves.
When the question first came up, these people should have been demanding a birth cert from Obama the moment he started trying to weasel out of it. There should be no hesitation in it, and it should be demanded of the candidates.
They already tried to pass something of the sort when addressing McCain’s natural born status that would have allowed Obama a free pass on his status. It was defeted!

I was a skeptic at first but something really stinks about the fact that nearly a million dollars has been spent to keep the birth certificate out of the public eye.
No. A new election would not be mandated, IF Obama is DQ'd before the 15th of Dec. (when the Electoral college vote takes place).
I believe that the EC then has to vote on those candidates who have received electoral votes.
BTW, If Obama is DQ'd criminal charges should be considered.
Yes, especially since she knows that once elected by the electors, and quickly sworn in by a loyal judge it would be a very hard and lengthy procedure to get him impeached.

About 2 months ago I got in a discussion here with someone who claimed it was quite clear and gave a lengthy theory about what would happen. I am still uconvinced, since there is no precedent.

They need 75%. How many republican governors are left? But actually, it needs (I think) a majority in each of the state legislatures. I think it would be a tough sled, but in this multi-culti world where people don’t hold their own country in very high regard, and think foreigners, any foreigners, are better, anything can happen.
To make it bipartisan, they were talking about how it would benefit Democrat governor Jennifer Granholm, too. She was being seen as a rising star in 2003 also.

The Constitution sets January 20th, and January 20th it will be, or it will time to "Support and Defend", as required by the oath so many of us took at one time or another. The same goes for the "Natural Born Citizen" issue.
Biden wouldn’t. He ran for Vice President, but he wouldn’t be eligible to “assume” the Presidency if Obigula is ineligible and there never elected by the electors. The electors could, of course, elect Biden, but would they? They could vote for John McCain and Sarah Palin.
Since under the scenario that he isn’t a citizen, Obigula has perpetrated a fraud on the country, and I’d start looking in the law books to see if there aren’t criminal charges against him. Since this is a unique scenario, I have no idea what we’d do.
But you watch - just like in 2000 with the Electoral College, the MSM and libs will be screaming that the law is outdated and antiquated and should be changed immediately. Unforunately, they can’t, and I don’t care how much they threaten to “riot” if Obigula doesn’t assume his throne, point your finger at the man who knew he wasn’t eligible and ran anyway - and he can’t use “ignorance” as an excuse - because he’s a Constitutional Law Professor, doncha know?
And they should ask for the VAULT copy of his birth certificate - no copies.
It is impossible to go through a single day without hearing or seeing some kind of promotional celebrating the historic election of President Obabma .... later in the commercial(s) do you hear the words 'president elect' ... a gold clad dollar, a silver coin, mugs, t-shirts ..
The only way to avoid this conditioning is to not listen or watch any radio or TV.
Medved needs to get more steel in the spine. We have a war to win.
Even if he was born overseas, being born to US citizens makes the child a citizen.
And even if another country does not recognize a child’s citizenship, that does not change it with regards to US law.
I don’t see anything of substance in the whole story.

Wow... smellier, and smellier. I just want them to push something blatantly Unconstitutional, then the Military’s off the chain and able to wreak havoc on the corruptors of government.
The irony is that the media and others hinted that McCain wasn’t eligible because he was born in the Canal Zone. McCain produced his birth certificate showing birth in a military hospital in the Canal Zone, and I believe he is eligible under certain statutes that confer naturalized citizenship on children born in military hospitals (I forget the exact wording).
But Obama’s birth certificate Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz....
So where is the perfect description of the current state of play?
I know Obama posted a suspect certificate somewhere; was it pulled or disproved as a forgery? Definitively?
What is the Obama campaign’s current stance on the issue? Silence? Denial without documentation? What?

If Obama is declared ineligible, there will be chaos among the Democrats with Hillary back in play, Biden making a play, and lots of people angry that Obama’s been disqualified that might do anything, including vote for McCain to protest against the party.
