What the heck legal question? They used someone else’s S.S. numbers. Jail and deport them.

What are the Supremes going to say? That if a person buys or makes up a phony SS number it's NOT identity theft, it's just a "mistake?"

Here in Georgia, the Illegal Immigrants name the first boy child after the Daddy who then proceeds to use his child's SS card when he goes to work. Name is the same. Prollem is, that if they got Medicaid for the child, there is a regular review and the SS system is checked for employment, plus the system sends "alerts" to the Caseworkers if there's any work activity on any SS number.

The SSA was about two years behind on investigations at that time. Guess they're probably about ten years by now.

THIS IS WHY children born to NON-US citizens must NOT be given "anchor baby" status. The parents are not "subject to the laws" of the USofA. They are thieves who have broken into Casa USofA. Treat them as the criminals they are and send them home.

You are exactly right about the devastation that self-employed people have suffered because of illegal activity going unchecked, especially in the construction business. My family has taken a tremendous hit.
