The feeling is shared and I never thought that America could be so careless and stupid. Even Hillary would have been a better choice — she could at least control her socialist radicalism much better than Obama.

This was a video of her June 2008 interview with Glenn Beck regarding Alaska’s lawsuit against the Feds. Same Sarah! She will be around a long time in the GOP!

Synopsis: Last spring Governor Palin sued the federal government over its intention to name polar bears as an endangered species, because it is unjustified by population counts, and a blatant attempt to block access to oil and gas by environmentalists.

She argues that the Alaska promise to earn statehood was to generate mineral resources, and environmentalists are making them break their promise. Further, she states this is weakening the US in foreign affairs and economically.

Main point is she is just such a pleasant and persuasive communicator.

All is not lost.
However, we need to rebuke, rebut and respond rapidly and substantively to every single slight or put-down of Gov. Palin.
We know they (leftists and GOP bigwigs) are trying to besmirch her credibility. They are afraid of her.
We cannot let that happen.
Our non-responsive President Bush is paying/has paid a huge price for his reticence.
I think the question is how is that rapid response best accomplished, and how can we help.

Too bad the McCain campaign failed abysmally to fully utilize such a great asset as Governor Palin — They should have made energy, the economy, and blocking enviro-fanaticism central issues, b/c now the Demagogues are going to permanently lock up far more resources with their nonsense.

Thanks for the video. Saw this picture of Sarah lounging by the pool on TMZ. She is so delightfully normal, yet completely capable of running a government in a common sense manner that eludes "average" politicians.

Look up Gerald Celente on you tube. US is so messed up from debt, that BO will not be able to do anything. Printing money will ignite inflation. BO’s supporters did not do him any favors. Credit card companies and commercial real estate is the next big institutions to go, and definitely retail. The government bailouts only delay the final outcome bankruptcy, and unemployment, because bankruptcy will clear the deck of all the failing companies and free up capital for new companies to rise. For political reasons and Wall Street attempting to recoup their losses with taxpayer dollar they are delaying the process. Prepare for domestic unrest as people lose jobs, local taxes go up and large corporations collapse (keep an eye on the supermarket chains, like Safeway). Crime, violent street demonstrations and etc will become the norm as government (Wall Street) loses control. Best organized and best armed communities are the only ones that will survive.

I have been watching Gov Palin since she took office two years ago... I am involved in fighting the Animal Rights activists attempts to pass anti pet legislation. When she was elected Gov PETA went nuts... I knew immediately she would be worth watching. Even so I was quite surprised by the pick for VP (pleasantly surprised mind you!)

For starters we need to STOP writing off one state at a time, and claiming they are unwinable. The states are are winable in the pollsters and WA opinions, are shrinking by the day.

We need to keep our good conservative people front and center, and stop ignoring them, especially when they are in blue states.Those states have a LOT of conservatives in them, and red counties. But when we write them off and they get no attention, they also do not get word of the candidates that are there. It has gotten so bad, the media has a blackout in those states, of conservative politics. And unless you read FR or other places, all you have is the drive bys to go by.

Grassroots is where it's at. Liberals campaign all the time, not just during elections. We should be too.
