ABC’s Good Morning America Has William Ayres On To Promote New Book!
It was in the 07:30-08:00 EDT segment. William Ayres, the man who tried to kill Americans in the Pentagon with his bombs, the man who told the New York Times, in the wake of the 9/11 attacks that his Weatherman Movement didn’t do enough killing here in the US, the man who lied about his close relationship with Obama, was on national TV promoting his new book.
How bad is this book? You know everything you need to know about it even before you get to page one. In the earliest pages, before the regular page numbers start, Ayres dedicates the book to Sirhan Sirhan! Anchor Chris Cuomo tried to act like a tough interviewer but Ayres dismissed Cuomo like the fellow-traveler propagandist buffoon he is.
As a former anchor/reporter, normally I would try to write motivating, inspiring prose about this act of treason. I’m sorry, I am so pissed that all I can do is give you the simple facts of this fiasco, as stated above.

I watched the first half of the interview and he is such a weasle. He said that his terrorist group, the Weather Underground should not be demonized.

I thought it was the Prairie Fire book (written in the 60’s) that was dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan. That book was very hard to come by. Hannity got a copy of it about a week before the election.
Is his newest book dedicated to Sirhan as well?
Every Vietnam veteran who saw it must be having fits. He repeatedly said that our terrorist government was murdering 2,000 innocent people a week in Vietnam, and that’s why he set off his soft fluffy safe bombs.

All of Obama’s past associations wll start coming out of the woodwork ... all of the people we tried to get the media to pay attention to. but backed way off when the spotlight began to focus on him?

Conservatives made Ayres the Paris Hilton of the 60s. Of course he’s figured out a way to cash in on his newly found fame.

That ABC deigned to interview him and discuss his book is questionable, I agree. The guy should be in prison, not on a morning talk show.
Aside from that I thought the TV interview was reasonably fair and direct and put Ayers on the hot seat several times.
His answers sounded untruthful, self-serving, and IMO demonstrated his total lack of remorse for anything that he did.
Any viewer could deduce that he’d advocate and do exactly the same thing today, that his violence was not merely youthful folly, and he has in no way repented for it.

Not demonized?? He is responsible for the bomb that blew his then girlfriend Diana Oughton into several hundred pieces. Luckily she and some Greenwich Village real estate were the only vics, and not the NCOs and their families for whom the bomb was intended at Ft. Dix. Still I wonder when he’s turning over and sees Bernadine Dohrn if he thinks about Oughton.

Well, I just had a Sodom and Gomorrah moment. I turned to ABC just in time to see the story about the transgendered woman who claims to be a man although now on *her* second pregnancy.
Then I get to see the second half of the interview with the effeminate William Ayers. His mannerisms are more feminine than the pregnant person on the other interview!
We need to pray that the Lord will have mercy!
After Charles Gibson's attack interview on Sarah Palin, this is just too much. ABC has become a sick network.
