I'm no fan of toll roads but I think it's more of a regional thing. Toll roads are everywhere in the Northeast (even NH), and throughout parts of the Midwest (OH, IN, IL). You won't see very many toll roads out West....even in a lib-infested city like Los Angeles. You also don't have many in the South except for Florida.
