Franken is stealing the election. Or, rather, some election judges in some Obama-leadning district are and Franken has absolutely, positively nothing at all to deal with it and anyone who says differently is being divisive and partisan.

Yeah — like the chain of custody rules for crime evidence. If they aren’t where they need to be — they’re disqualified.
