How do you call a state with 0% reporting?

They must have uncalled it...a moment ago it was on their map, now it is not.

The margin of victory in WV is important in determining the potential results in PA. Prayers up.

As expected.
Exit polls are meaningless. Check the margins of called states as enough precincts report to give an idea of the margins. If traditional numbers appear, that is good for Mac.
However, don't be discouraged by close races in IN, VA, NC and others that were targeted with big bucks by Barry. Mac just needs to win.

It has been popping on, and then off, their maps for about 10 minutes. I think it’s a glitch.

Don’t ask me “why” Fox News is calling it. I have zero idea about their methodology.
I am just reporting the news as is.
WV called for McCain.
So chalk one up for the good guys
To: SoftwareEngineer
But I thought it was leaning to Barry.
Chris Matthews told me.

Fox calls it, but their map shows no votes reported, no precincts reporting. Duh. So, no numbers to look at.

I'm as anxious as everyone else but it's way too early to be calling any States.
IMHO, this election won't be over for at least a week and probably longer.

Yeah, I’m seeing the same thing. WV goes red, then back to yellow and back again. The running popular vote tally ratchets up to 400k+ then back down to the mid 100k range. Strange.
To: Las Vegas Ron
WFT!!!! I told my students to watch out how crazy it is when a state is called with so little % is in...then my wife heard Brit humme today and he said they will be VERY cautious with their state calls...whatever! I’m 38 and this has always bothered me...sometimes it is accurate but geez! Well, have to go pour another glass of RED!
To: SoftwareEngineer
CNN has a map on their website (http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/results/president/). They are showing what the votes are in each state as the #s come us. McCain has 55% in Florida, 52% in Indiana, 56% in Virginia, 72% in Georgia, 64% in SC, 50% in NC, !
BTW, I hate CNN.
To: SoftwareEngineer

Come of PA! You’re next.
Those See B S polls that had Obama ahead by 12 just yesterday sure were accurate fer sher.

Sorry, that is with only 8% of polls reporting.
Still have prayers though.
Heck, with only 8% it’s still 51/47. Pretty close!

I'm afraid this election marks the beginning of the end of our great Republic.
I just brought down the "Stars and Stripes",
and hoisted "the farmer and the miner".
Our new marxist occupant of the White House will surely destroy coal mining.
I hope the stinking liberals are all out of batteries and candles when the lights go out.
