Heard on the radio this morning, from the Chicago Police Department spokesman, that *2* forms of identification will be required to enter Barack Obama's election night soiree' - known in these parts as "Obamapalooza".
Spokesman said bring your photo ID and a postmarked letter which has been mailed to you with your address - and it had better match your photo ID.
You don't even need 2 forms of ID to vote in the election!

But if you VOTE for Obama, “park bench 14” is okay and you can vote MULTIPLE times IF you vote for the Obomination.
Nice ... . Don’t you just love the hypocrisy?

They have to do this. Without it, the event is basically a “riot kit”.
Heck, it will be anyway, win or lose.

Such hypocrisy.
Hypocrisy be thy name
Let me also say that I remain distressed that the White House during this confirmation process, which overall went smoothly, failed to provide critical documents as part of the record that could have provided us with a better basis to make our judgment with respect to the nomination. This White House continues to stymie efforts on the part of the Senate to do its job. I hope with the next nominee who comes up for the Supreme Court that the White House recognizes that in fact it is its duty not just to the Senate but to the American people to make sure we can thoroughly and adequately evaluate the record of every single nominee who comes before us.

I live in Boston. Not only do I not have to show ID, but when I voted in the primary and I told the volunteer I wanted a republican ticket, she said 'Oh, really?'.
It's nutty and I'm glad I'm old.

How do they stop people from voting multiple times - or at least what is the rationale? The honor system? Our governor has stymied all efforts to pass a bill requiring ID. There was fraud on a massive scale in 2004, it is more happening here & now
They argue "disenfranchisement" when the subject of ID is raised

Fine...as long as Obama has to produce a birth certificate verifying his status as a native born citizen of the United States. If can't can't produce that, he should be excluded from a pointless party.
