Drudge is kicking it into gear folks.. He was practically gobbling on Obama’s knob during the primary season, fawning all over him at every opportunity.. He realizes the disaster an Obama presidency will be. He (along with Talk Radio) will probably be among the first to be silenced by the Fairness Doctrine.

Right now there is a massive battle taking place between Alternative Media (Conservative Talk Radio and Blogs) vs the Old Guard (CBS, NBC, ABC).

He is using it in past tense, redistributed, but wants to bring it about in the future. It appears he means the adjective redistributive.
