By the way, next week we're going to play an interview. I've never done this. We interviewed Stanley Kurtz, I did, of National Review Online, The Ethics and Public Policy Center. He's done the job the Drive-Bys used to do on people, looking into Barack Obama.
We're going to play parts of that interview next week in advance of the issue in which it will appear coming out. Some people ask, "How can you cannibalize yourself?" It's important. And one of the things he said that I was not fully aware of, I've been under the impression that Obama arrived in Chicago a little innocent waif who had some ideas about what he wanted to do, but somehow was discovered by all these leftist radicals. When in fact it's the other way around! Obama arrived in Chicago as a radical ideologue and set out finding the people he needed to find and get to know, to move his agenda and vision forward. It was Obama who found Ayers. Now, it may well be that Ayers got his career going by hosting a fundraiser in his house, but it was Obama who found these people. It was Obama who found Jeremiah Wright. Obama's not the innocent little guy who's been corrupted by these leftist radicals.
He is one of them, and you will hear it all as Stanley Kurtz explains it brilliantly when we get into this next hour. A lot of these radicals have blended and modified their outward appearance so that they could go unseen but they held fast to their radical views: unadulterated socialism, the overthrow of capitalism. Now, remember, journalists and academics live in a world of zero quantitative measurement. They spend their days contemplating their navels, resenting the achievers. They teach each other this. It's a mantra they keep saying to themselves. Bill Ayers is as radical as he ever was! Obama, I don't care if he says he was only eight when Ayers did this stuff, he's known Ayers all of his life! He shared an office with Bill Ayers and ACORN, I think, for three years. Do you think sharing an address, they might have run into each other in three years? So here's the Ayers sound bite. The audio is not all that hot, but you'll be able to hear it. Now, keep in mind: seven days later, after this, Ayers appeared with Obama on a panel.

He did air that Ayers interview. But I think he said next week for the Kurtz interview. I agree. It’s too important not to air, even if it means cannabilizing his magazine.
HE was talking about this today - Obambi sought these people. Obambi didn’t just “bump into” Wright, Ayers, Farrakhan, etc. Obambi actively sought these people and courted their friendship.
There’s 12 days(?) left in the election, people are voting early, and he’s thinking of airing it *next week*?

These were alliances, not just associations. Barak’s mentor in Hawaii had been active in Chicago. Barak knew where he was going.

Sorry guys they found each other around Morningside Heights in upper Manhattan in 1983. If someone has the time and money you can investigate the 26 and 25 Pcts for reports of demonstrations and check the speaker lists scheduled for meetings of local community and school boards and the City Council, Housing Commission, and Landmarks Commission. You will find that Ayers and Obama were at more than a few of these while protesting on behlf of their “communitiy grievances.”

Just a friend who worked the 25 during that time and said the name rang a bell. He’s off the job a while and has few connections still on the force. These things can be gotten through FOIA and NYC has little reason to deny a request. This isn’t Chicago no matter what the rest of the country may think. The one thing we keep is records.
Maybe our NYC Freepers need to be pinged so that they can obtain copies and make PDFs available for distribution.

Obama ALREADY KNEW Ayers when he moved to (Ayers home town of) Chicago.
1982 - Obama moves to New york to attend Columbia
371 yards down the road, Willianm Ayers, was attending Bank Street College of Education.
William Ayers was a friend of Edward Said who taught Obama's English class and was befriended by him.
Ayers and Obama were in close proximity in New York for four years until Obama moved to Chicago in 1985
They may even have lived together for some of the time as we do not have a complete picture of where Obama lived (he moved around) and will not furnish that information.

Cindy, check the link you posted asking for Ayers home address. The story, linked, lists Obama’s address as 328 east 94 street. This is more than two miles from the Columbia campus and there are no one fare transit links. It’s an interminable bus ride across 96 st the width of Mnhattan and then a bus, subway or walk up to 116 and Morningside. Kind of tough for a fulltime student, especially when his apartment is in such a crime and drug infested building. Is it possible he never matriiculated at Columbia. He made his connections with Ayers and others. Works the organizer gig in Manhattan. Returns to Chi town with Ayers bona fides as entree to Acorn. These connections get Mansour and Percy Sutton to vouch him into Harvard law. Far fetched? I’m even starting to believe those PUMA types on texasDarlin.

It would make no sense that they had been living and studying so close to each other in NYC for 4 years then Obama would move to Chicago to “search out” Ayers, who didn’t move back there for another two years..
Obama moved in 1985 to Chicago, Ayers returned in 1987 after graduating from Columbia.
