While Gregoire was stealing the gubernatorial election in that state, they interviewed an inmate (still in prison) who voted illegally. When he explained that he voted for Rossi, of course they believed him (who wouldn't believe a convict discovered to be voting illegally?) and made the assumption that if one did, then most of the other illegal votes from inmates must also be for Rossi, too.
They cant seem to make up their minds...
