I have a feeling that this trip is to protect Obama when the campaign unleashes the October surprise against McCain/Palin.

My husband asked if the “Birth Announcements” section of Obama’s “home town” news paper had been checked. I've not read anything regarding it. Seems to us, if he was a legitimate birth, he'd be listed in the announcements.

I should have checked before posting that. FactCheck.org seems to think there is one.

In fact, the conspiracy would need to be even deeper than our colleagues realized. In late July, a researcher looking to dig up dirt on Obama instead found a birth announcement that had been published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, Aug. 13, 1961:

Seems to me, if his father was still married to his wife in Africa, he could not legally be married to Ann. I don't guess it matters.

How unfortunate for Senator Obama if his blessed Mother should expire one week before the election? In 2000, Mel Carnahan running for US Senate for Missouri died in a plane crash, incumbent John Ashcroft suspended his campaign, and the sympathy was so overwhelming that his widow was elected a week later.

I suppose the Hawaii Supreme Court might also not act out of sympathy on the birth certicate issue out of sympathy, just as the Missouri courts dubiously allowed Mel Carnahan ballot votes to go to Senator Jean Carnahan.

It would be so tragic if Grandma Dunham might expire like Marilyn Monroe in 1962 by a prescription enema applied after she was so friendly and close to those nice Kennedy brothers.

Ms. Dunham needs Secret Service protection immediately- she could be assassinated by someone related to her.

I hope there is someone in Honolulu or Washington DC like Daniel Patrick Moynihan the weekend of Nov 22-24, 1963, who warned at the highest decibels that Lee Harvey Oswald needed immediate Federal protection because he knew someone might pierce the Dallas police.
