Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the likely new minority leader in the House of Representatives, serves on the executive committee of the socialist-leaning Progressive Caucus, a bloc of about 60 votes or nearly 30 percent of the minority vote in the lower chamber.

59 Socialists in Congress – 2002

By Chuck Morse
Published 09. 6. 02 at 20:00 Sierra Time

On the extreme left wing of the Democratic Party, The Progressive Caucus is affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America, which, in turn, is the American affiliate of the Socialist International. Congressional Caucus members, I would contend, should actually be called Socialists rather than Democrats.

Unlike their European counterparts, these homegrown American Socialist Congressmen try to refrain from showing their true authoritarian colors. Such displays would be too risky in an America that is still steeped in traditional freedoms. There are still enough of us out here who would boot them out of office if they revealed too much of their true stripe.

Socialists, like Communists, Nazis, Klansmen, or other political groups, rightfully enjoy the same constitutional protections as the rest of us. Unlike their more radical aforementioned counterparts however, the socialists believe in changing the system by “boring from within” rather than through illegal violence and sedition.

As such, they prefer legislation, often filled with deceptive legalese and passed through Congress by duplicitous means, as their choice of arms in their quest toward revolutionary goals.

Socialists are gradualists rather than extremists. They are slowly chipping away at our G-d given rights.

Freedom loving Americans would be well advised to keep a close eye on socialist Congressmen. While they may talk like the rest of us, especially when sojourning in their respective districts, they operate from a different paradigm.

If they decide to support a war against Iraq, for example, or any other intervention overseas, their motives would more likely be based on an agenda that seeks to entangle the US in a new world order than in protecting the interests of sovereign America.

As a matter of principle and as an article of faith, socialists support a socialist world government as an ultimate goal.

The method they employ is the gradual transfer of constitutional responsibilities from elected American legislatures to international agencies accountable to no one.

Socialists are apt to support such things as international standing armies, an international tax, the transfer of American capital to third world dictators, and the surrender of congressional responsibilities to the UN, the WTO, the IMF, UNESCO and now the International Criminal Court.

Whenever communistic protocols emerge out of a UN sponsored conference, as is always the case, and whenever such un-American protocols are rejected by a still largely patriotic Congress, the socialist congressmen and their allies will more than likely try to foist the protocol on the American people through a back door.

Socialists believe in sovereignty eroding entanglements abroad and big-state socialism at home. They support high taxes on working people with the money transferred to bureaucracies staffed by their friends.

They support a welfare state that oppresses poor people, especially minorities, who then become their constituents. They support left-wing judges who are willing to subvert the democratic power of Congress by making laws from the bench.

While they support mandatory public education, mandatory labor unions, mandatory racial quotas, land-grabbing environmental regulation, and thought control in the form of hate speech legislation, they turn around and become downright libertarian when it comes to pornography, abortion, sex, drugs, homosexuality, and other agendas that debauch the citizenry.

The DSA and the "Progressive" caucus do not conceal their members or their motives.

The GOP and RNC choose not to make it an issue.

In a few weeks, every single socialist House member will be running for reelection.

I can guarantee you that only a handful of their GOP opponents have brought up the socialist issue in their respective races.

In contrast with the GOP's Contract with America, we shall offer a positive legislative alternative during the first 100 days of the 104th Congress to extend a "fair shake" to all Americans on the Progressive Promise. Our plan shall be rooted in the principles of social and economic justice, non-discrimination, and tolerance. It shall embody national priorities which reflect the interests and needs of all the American people, not just the wealthy and powerful.

Pelosi's Socialist Ties

"Question: If an international organization existed to carry the torch for Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, and if a person running for minority leader had past or present ties to such an organization, what are the chances the New York Times would find it irrelevant to the matter at hand?" asks Vazsonyi.

"None. Zero. Nada.

"Double standards: Do you remember the Austrian nationalist Joerg Haider? He had no such affiliation. Yet the mere possibility that he might harbor sympathies for National Socialist ideas sufficed to make him, and the country in which he holds office, an international pariah.

"The Socialist International carries the torch for Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, V.I. Lenin, Leon Trotsky, and Josef Stalin. Pay no attention to the desperate attempts by socialists to distance themselves from Stalin. For our purposes, it suffices to observe that every single tenet of the Socialist International is the exact opposite of the principles upon which America was founded, and which define the U.S. Constitution.

"For our purposes, it suffices also to observe that members of the U.S. Congress are required to furnish an oath whereby they will preserve, protect, and defend said Constitution.

"DSA/USA, the 'Democratic Socialists of America' are the U.S. arm of the Socialist International. They share the symbol of the fist holding the rose, and they share the tasks to be accomplished — in our case, an altogether different America.

"Some time ago — the date is missing from the descriptions — 58 members of the U.S. House of Representatives formed a subdivision of the Democratic Socialists of America and called it the Progressive Caucus. Their statement of purpose, as well as their membership list, formed an integral part of the dsausa Web site (www.dsausa.org). The membership list appeared on the screen with the continuous background of the fist holding the rose, should anyone have missed the connection with the Socialist International."

The Democratic Socialists of America's chief organizing goal is to work within the Democratic Party and remove the stigma attached to "socialism" in the eyes of most Americans.

"Stress our Democratic Party strategy and electoral work," explains an organizing document of the DSA. "The Democratic Party is something the public understands, and association with it takes the edge off. Stressing our Democratic Party work will establish some distance from the radical subculture and help integrate you to the milieu of the young liberals."

Neil Abercrombie – Hawaii

http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1729524-2,00.html

Excerpt:

By college, Stanley had started introducing herself as Ann. She met Barack Obama Sr. in a Russian-language class. He was one of the first Africans to attend the University of Hawaii and a focus of great curiosity. He spoke at church groups and was interviewed for several local-newspaper stories. "He had this magnetic personality," remembers Neil Abercrombie, a member of Congress from Hawaii who was friends with Obama Sr. in college. "Everything was oratory from him, even the most commonplace observation."

Obama's father quickly drew a crowd of friends at the university. "We would drink beer, eat pizza and play records," Abercrombie says. They talked about Vietnam and politics. "Everyone had an opinion about everything, and everyone was of the opinion that everyone wanted to hear their opinion—no one more so than Barack."

Obama said “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for”.

It’s been implied there has been a plan for Socialist consumption of our system from within for a long time, and this seems to verify that concept. The message is there. The bad guys are all in place. The Messiah walks in to a Congress of friendlies. He gets what he wants. He isn’t just the President, he is truly “The One”.

He must lose, THEY ALL must lose.

If Obama Sr. talked of anything he talked about Kenya’s possibilities for independence from Britain.

You know Cobra, the FBI files shows Frank Davis got monies wired from ‘somewhere’. This time line shows 1961 was active in talks and early stages of plans.

http://www.historyplace.com/unitedstates/vietnam/index-1961.html

These groups we are looking at were planners and organizers, not throw away people. They communicated intel and were put in charge of funding.

So either Neil was lying or he was exposing how entranched they were.

Just a thought.

Perhaps it is erroneous to note that there exist today approximately sixty Democrats whom are declared Socialists established in the house of Representatives flying the flag of The Progressive Caucus, which was a derivitive of the DSA, creating mucked legislation, or mucking up every bit of legislation they possibly can with their far out in Left field Socialist ideals while awaiting the arrival of their Fearless Leader aka; “The One”.

This organization within our Congress was established NOT yesterday, but was established prior to Al Gore losing his Presidential bid, and was in place for the losing Kerry bid as well.

Seems this Government Socialist clique is something we all must be very concerned with as it is apparent the Socialist Party, The Socialist/Democrat Party is utilizing every unethical, and illegitimate means possible to WIN this time around.

The old sayings goes “the third time’s the charm...”

Liberal Democrats seek to expand stimulus package beyond $1 trillion
By Mike Soraghan
Posted: 01/19/09 07:17 PM [ET]

Liberal Democrats in the House are lobbying hard to put President-elect Obama’s economic stimulus bill over the trillion-dollar mark.

“Some of us are saying we need a stimulus of 1.2 or 1.3 or 1.4 trillion to prevent a depression, rather than just slow our descent into a depression,” said Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.).

The Congressional Progressive Caucus is circulating a letter to Obama among its members, asking for a meeting with him to talk about dramatically expanding the bill. The caucus is also seeking signatures from members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Asian-Pacific Islander Caucus and the Congressional Black Caucus.
