I was at the McCain/Palin rally today!!
The crowd was HUGE!! I think I heard that it totaled over 20,000.
I have posted some pics and tell me what YOU think!
If you asked me, I think it was closer to about 40,000!
It was a hot sunny day (perfect for a rally) and Sarah had a nice suprise for us! Hank Williams Jr. came to sing the national anthem!
What an awsome day!!!!
So here are some of the pics.....

(I seldom get to use the word “teensy”, and I never pass up the opportunity to mention gnomes, so I couldn't resist. In fact, I am not even sure "teensy" is a word, but it should be.)

Hannity finally called out Rasmussen for the internals and oversampling of Democrats. Scott just said “hey the reality is this race is stable and Obama’s in the lead rather than answer it”
I’m sick of this. I remember 1996 and I know there’s no way Dole was going to win. But this year feel very different. I was feeling awful last week, but I feel much better this week and I get the sense we are in the lead. I can’t find this 52% of voters supporting Obama. I just can’t.

'I don't believe the POLLS' You mean those skewed, agenda-driven Polls that more often than not consists of oversampled Democrats and Independents (who are according to Rush, "Democrats In Waiting")?
Surely you can't mean those Polls?

I was there, also. Arrived late, but caught most of her speech. There was such as huge crowd, the parking lots were jammed long after the event ended. Looked to me like all but three lots of the raceway were full. NBC12 estimated the crowd at 20,000 - 25,000, but it looked as though we had that many cars.
Two things other than the obvious were noteworthy: 1) the media would have you believe that you are the only lonely supporter of McCain and Palin. Just attending an event such as this shows HOW MANY AVID SUPPORTERS we have for this ticket. 2) Palin is even better in person than on television. Audiences respond to her. They are craving a leader who cares about their issues and isn't just pandering with the latest promises to voters.

Glad to see it. It has been really dispiriting seeing McCain and the GOP take the huge hit from the collapse of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Lehman Brothers.
As one who spends many hours at the GOP phone bank here in Oregon, it is getting harder to drag myself in for what may be a lost cause. The combination of the media, George Bush, and voter fraud may totally sink the GOP(and any hope for conservatism) this year. Let's hope it doesn't take another 40 years to reclaim the US House.

You believe polls that are oversampling one party by 10%? That have McCain trailing among men by 14 points? that have him winning Republicans and independents and still down by ten?
Can Obama win? Damn straight. Are these polls crap? Absolutely.
