Is this a 3rd World Country or America? They appeal that Clymer’s ruling. Why hasn’t Bush sent in DOJ teams on all this voter fraud? Something is really wrong.

This election will be so muddied with suspicious voters, dubious addresses, I don’t see enough time to get rid of the possible fraudulent votes.

Here is az, we have to show identification. Picture, and if address doesn’t match on drivers license, picture and two other forms that have your correct voting address on it. (bank statement, utility)

So IMHO, the states that don’t give a rats butt about fraud are diluting the votes.

Because Judge Stephen Murphy is a Bush appointee.

Pay close attention to http://www.usps.com/ncsc/addressservices/moveupdate/moveupdatemenu.htm .

This is the way the big boys (and that includes all election offices that mail at presort rates) find out that addresses are phoney, nonexistent, or disappeared. They also find out where someone moved to.

So, what you do is take the voter lists and run them past a Move Update file (available from contractors nationwide). It'll enable you to quickly tell the difference between people at real addresses and those who have moved, and will give you a listing of both.

The judge in this case probably doesn't even know that the administrative office behind his operation when he does a bankruptcy case knows all about this and does it all the time. In fact, if they didn't the mailing costs for his court would probably exceed his budget and leave him hopelessly behind in processing his cases.

I suggest someone use Move Update to find out the truth about the voting roles, then cancel voter registration for those whose change of address shows they moved out of the district, and where there's no known address matching the one the perp gave on the registration documents, simply drop them. That should satisfy this judge's ruling since it's USPS, not some crotchity old senile judge in charge of the reality of addresses.

Well if that's the case Republicans need to fight fire with fire instead of BEING SHOCKED all the damn time a liberal asskissing Ozero judge rules in his favor obey his ruling. His ruling reads....CAN'T REJECT VOTERS with bad address...HELL go out and find some out of town college kids, go look under bridges for homeless, drag folk who can't register because they don't have permanent addresses...register your pets....IT CAN WORK BOTH WAYS!! FIGHT DANGITS!!!

this is what I don’t get,

bush has the Govt at hand and has not sent in any dept to investigate anything thus far to my knowledge plus why hasn’t the state dept or whatever looking at obamas birth certificate, I mean his own grandmother has said she saw obama born in Kenya, proud day for her bla bla

never thought I would see an election where it was being conducted like a third world country, voter fraud, corrupt officials, corrupt media

this is another reason why we need to get the white house and the house/congress, so we can get judges in, judges which will actually do their job

He is in charge of law enforcement in the United States, last I checked. Blatant democratic vote fraud was apparent in every election since he got that responsibility, including the one he got it from. What has he done since, in eight years, to eliminate vote fraud in this country?

He said no more automatically throwing out a registration form. He then went on to say that voter would have to provide further proof of a valid residence at the poling place.
That would solve the problem if that would happen. BUT I’m betting it won’t happen, especially since we are talking about college students and ACLU as part of the law suit.

heres a thought

every registration which has been done by ACORN is scrapped and the county around the country now put an AD in the paper on the radio, TV saying that anyone who registered with ACORN now has to go to the election board building and re register.

I mean why on earth do we even need groups to register people in the first place, if they cant be bothered to get off their butt then they cant be be bothered to actually get to know what they are voting for, well except most blacks who will vote for obama because he is non white

what is it over 90%

"This election will be so muddied with suspicious voters, dubious addresses, I don’t see enough time to get rid of the possible fraudulent votes."

The first step toward stopping ANYTHING is to start TRYING.

Corruption of free elections to a degree that most Americans looked at as inconceivable in the U.S. not long ago is already being accepted as the way it is, apparently.

Imagine what it will be like once Obamunism is fully integrated.

Third world nations will be laughing when they hear someone has won an American election.

I agree with others on this thread that George Bush will be held accountable for the disgracefully massive decline of standards on his watch.

Yep, and of course the law was challenged as not being fair; as akin to a “poll tax” and intimidation of minorities.

Then just how do people without id’s function in society?

Blockbuster? No id, no movie.
Welfare? No id card, no food.
Beer? no id, no sale if you look under 40.

But an id for voting is asking too much. BS.

I have proudly showed my id for voting before the law took effect. I have always showed either my voter registration card or my DL.

I agree. It’s a privilege and a right to be able to vote. If one is so lazy they can’t register, we’re all better off if they just sit on their couch. They won’t take the time to study the issues and candidates. They would be the “sound bites” voters.
