Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - Monday 10/13/08
The EIB Network ^ | October 13, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 10/13/2008 8:09:48 AM PDT by TSchmereL

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--that's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--that's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

Rush should have stayed home today, a lot mistatements. Especially one about McCain which I will not repeat because I have yet to see anything about it. He also stated that Mondale gave his tax pledge in the debate, it was the acceptance speech in July of 1984, not the debate.

In 2008 we live in a society dominated by “mass men,” overtaken by mass psychology, mass media, mass schooling and the mass ignorance presently crowding in around us. Today’s mass audience cannot distinguish the important from the trivial. What day did Rush say “Obama and Osama have something in common - they both have friends who have bombed the Pentagon”.

He said it between 2:56 and 2:59 p.m. on either Wed. or Thurs. of last week. Did any of you hear him say it? I did.

Observation on the $250,000 price tag:

Look up the salaries that are paid to almost EVERY United States Congressional Elected Official!

- Short Version - almost everyone of them is paid UNDER $250,000 a year!

Now this could be just a coincidence, but it is my observation.

Yes. I heard that.

Okay. Good.

So I'm not going crazy. The leftist media is trying to pin this on a VA state GOP official, Jeff Frederick, but Rush said it first. Obviously, the leftist media doesn't want to wrangle with Rush with this sentence because they will be on the losing end of the argument and Rush will make mincemeat out of them [i.e. "phony soldiers"; "Operation Chaos"].

Psalm 37 gave me hope this morning.

Do not fret because of evildoers, Be not envious toward
wrongdoers. For they will wither quickly like the grass
And fade like the green herb. Trust in the LORD and do
good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the
desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD,
Trust also in Him, and He will do it. He will bring forth
your righteousness as the light And your judgment as the
noonday. Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him;

Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because
of the man who carries out wicked schemes. Cease from
anger and forsake wrath; Do not fret; it leads only
to evildoing. For evildoers will be cut off, But those
who wait for the LORD, they will inherit the land. Yet a
little while and the wicked man will be no more; And you
will look carefully for his place and he will not be
there. But the humble will inherit the land And will
delight themselves in abundant prosperity.

The wicked plots against the righteous And gnashes at him
with his teeth. The Lord laughs at him, For He sees his
day is coming. The wicked have drawn the sword and bent
their bow To cast down the afflicted and the needy, To
slay those who are upright in conduct. Their sword will
enter their own heart, And their bows will be broken.
Better is the little of the righteous Than the
abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked
will be broken, But the LORD sustains the righteous.

The LORD knows the days of the blameless, And their
inheritance will be forever. They will not be ashamed in
the time of evil, And in the days of famine they will have
abundance. But the wicked will perish; And the enemies of
the LORD will be like the glory of the pastures, They vanish—
like smoke they vanish away. The wicked borrows
and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and
gives. For those blessed by Him will inherit the land,
But those cursed by Him will be cut off.

Well, the thing is that this morning on the conservative news talk radio station I listen to here in DC (630 WMAL), both the morning hosts and the mid-morning host were talking about this sentence (or joke) as if it were originated by a GOP official in VA, Jeffrey Frederick.

And I knew that I heard it on Rush’s show last week.
