Good news here, reinforcements should be coming to Michigan.
I admire your spirit and determination but your post didn't have an answer to the previous question about having fire in the belly. And do you think that spending a ton of campaign money right here at the end is going to compensate for a lack of fire in the belly or a lack of a burning desire to do what it takes to win?!
His race recently brings to my minds eye a similar image of Bob Dole. That maybe McCain developed a sense that it was finally his turn. Or better yet that he thought that since he had been the darling of the media long before Obama showed up on the scene he thought he had it in the bag. Maybe with time we'll learn the answer to some of these and other nagging questions about his decision making process and why he did what he has done.
McCain is too interested in spreading the blame to Wall Street than actually pinning it on the ring leaders in congress.
I was thinking - whoever becomes POTUS is going to be dealing with a HUGE mess and they are more than likely going to be one term and done. The only one who can solve this mess is Almighty God. Right now we need to pray for our nation that we elect the right leaders who will lead our country back to the princples of our Founding Fathers - on Godly principles. And we need to vote our conscience too.
Not that great a feat considering arnold is extremely liberal.
A lot of voters hate smugness.
They’ll vote against a person just to show that the voter is still in charge.
Nobama has peaked to early, and his premature coronation will bite him badly.
LOL. That was exactly my thoughts when reading that remark too.
Part of the problem with Palin was she was attacked to a degree we have never seen. Hollywood to the news media were merciless on her. Of course, it didn’t help that the campaign tried to hide her from the media onslaught. Palin should have held more press conferences and townhalls adressing those criticisms. The media’s treatment of Palin should serve as a warning for conservatives in the future. If a credible conservative poses a threat to liberals, the media will go nuclear on him or her. If conservativism is to survive and prosper in the future, we need to figure out a way to counter media bias.
