Ida Lofstrom is fighting for her life in a San Diego, CA hospital. When the nurse gave her a shot to draw blood, they couldn't stop the bleeding for three days. They found she was overdosed with blood thinner of some kind. She is old and has several problems, but the biggest problem is her ex-husband, James L. Lofstrom. Ida is being help by her daughter from a previous marriage, Brenda, who, many years ago, modeled for the gaming token pictured to the right.
James L. Lofstrom is a retired United States Postal Employee, who's been trained by the government in mail fraud and has training in lock picking, with a professional lock-pick kit and shims. Mr. Lofstrom is a nationalized citizen of the United States from a previous marriage, and was born in Mexico. He crosses the Mexican Border often. His last known residence was with his son, Norman Lofstrom. Mr. James L. Lofstrom has a gambling problem, and has two previous wives who died of mysterious causes. Mr. Lofstrom has a history of forging Ida's signature, even to forging and gambling away her charity grant from Cancer Care. This evidence is in the R.O. file. On several occassions, Ida stopped getting her mail, just to find that James had submitted forged change-of-address forms for her address. He has numerous debts and a restraing order to stay away from Ida. He's been arrested because of repeated violations of a restraining order. He has admitted(in Oct 2007), to tapping Ida's phone calls with, a friends help.
As a result of his criminal arraignment Mr. Lofstrom was found in contempt of court and is on three years probation.
The local police and the District Attorney are aware of the problems, but is either too busy to solve these issues, or don't care.
Ida's daughter, Brenda has several binders full of proof against this man, and has been to several different lawyers, and spent thousands of dollars trying to stop this man from killing her mother,. But James L. Lofstrom is still walking around free. Please, someone investigate this man and the sudden deaths surrounding him. This man is trying to kill Ida.

Why is this Breaking News and not a vanity post?

One lead injection would solve this problem
Most folks who commit mail fraud learned how to do that on their own.
Picking locks? Truly amazing. USPS has lots and lots and lots of locks of all kinds. Probably has more locks than the next 10 large organizations put together. Someone who can break locks is highly prized ~ so is someone who has a half inch bolt-cutter! Doggone, I've even seen folks with drill bits to knock out titanium housings should the toilet door lock fail.
Ain't no thang about them locks!
Had some fun looking for Ida and her ne'r do well hubby. Sounds like a trip.
I can’t add anything more to it except a plea for help, for someone to investigate it.
My source is direct contact, and a two year history of some of the people from the daughter, Brenda’s side of the story.

He was given a lock-pick set and trained how to use it,
Well, I never he needs a "legal" lead injection, just an injection : )
an Investigative Journalist it’s a joke right???.
You’re dead on. “Investigative Journalist” has entered the language as an oxymoron.
Part of the problem was not getting notices through the mail in time to respond, due to a forged stop-mail form, or sometimes due to a forged change-of-address form. If the law won't do their job, whats a person to do? If she kills him, even in self-defense, what's her chances of not going to jail herself under California law?
It's a nightmare, an unending nightmare!
