Brenda has several binders full of proof against this man, and has been to several different lawyers, and spent thousands of dollars trying to stop this man from killing her mother,

One lead injection would solve this problem

Interestingly strange ~ but I'm trying to figure out how anyone at USPS ever "taught mail fraud" ~ there are folks there who have a knack for "detecting mail fraud", but then there's a precise definition for "mail fraud" and you can find it on the USPS Postal Inspection Service website.

Most folks who commit mail fraud learned how to do that on their own.

Picking locks? Truly amazing. USPS has lots and lots and lots of locks of all kinds. Probably has more locks than the next 10 large organizations put together. Someone who can break locks is highly prized ~ so is someone who has a half inch bolt-cutter! Doggone, I've even seen folks with drill bits to knock out titanium housings should the toilet door lock fail.

Ain't no thang about them locks!

Had some fun looking for Ida and her ne'r do well hubby. Sounds like a trip.

I can’t add anything more to it except a plea for help, for someone to investigate it.

My source is direct contact, and a two year history of some of the people from the daughter, Brenda’s side of the story.

Websleuths has a connection to Dateline on their site, you might try them.

http://incoldblogger.blogspot.com/ has a lot of links to other crime blogs.

If it's not self defense,
and James L. Lofstrom is not threatening with a weapon,
and California law being as screwed up as it is,
what's her chances of the law punishing the shooter?

James L. Lofstrom was taught how to investigate and combat mail fraud by the Postal Service.

He was given a lock-pick set and trained how to use it,

He was also taught how to pick door locks as a building custodian.

Well, I never he needs a "legal" lead injection, just an injection : )

Brenda should get a shotgun,
and if any noise is heard inside the house while she's sleeping, grab the gun and shoot the intruder.

You’re dead on. “Investigative Journalist” has entered the language as an oxymoron.

Okay, she needs a whistle blower. She's filed complaints through the Postal Service Special Investigations Division, and through the F.B.I., because mail fraud is a federal offense. She's went through three different attorneys, and through the D.A.'s office, but nothing happens.

Part of the problem was not getting notices through the mail in time to respond, due to a forged stop-mail form, or sometimes due to a forged change-of-address form. If the law won't do their job, whats a person to do? If she kills him, even in self-defense, what's her chances of not going to jail herself under California law?

It's a nightmare, an unending nightmare!

Ida's blood work came back showing large amounts of Coumadin. There were other substances, but Ida's daughter didn't mention them.
