Oh yes we will. Look, it’s already in this newspaper.
TRUST ME..even the Chicago newspapers will do stories IF it’s explosive.

If it bleeds (Obama), it leads. No matter who is the target, the MSM (paper media) need desperately to bring up their readerships.

Rezko also was friendly with Obama offering him a job when he finished law school, funding his earliest political campaigns and purchasing a lot next to his house. But based on the known facts, charges so far and testimony at Rezko's trial, there's no indication there'll be a so-called "October surprise" that could hurt the Democratic presidential nominee even though Rezko says prosecutors are pressing him for dirt about Obama.
{snip}
"I think this strikes fear into the Blagojevich administration and the Statehouse Democrats but not into the Obama campaign," says state Sen. Kirk Dillard, R-Westmont, a John McCain delegate to the GOP convention but an old friend of Obama.
{snip}
There has been no official confirmation that Rezko is talking but his sentencing has been postponed indefinitely and both sides say they are going to "engage in discussions that could affect their sentencing postures."

Has Chicago always been corrupt.
I remember as a child close to 50 years ago that my Grandfather who was an architect designed many building for the mob back then.
Knowing who his clients were.
He also (are family has it documented in the tree book) was on the board who were to rebuild the part of the White House after part of it burned down.
Dont have the family tree book in front of me to give further facts.

LOL- Here it comes, Rezco had to make a choice, who did he fear more in prison, The Chicago Mafia or the Clintons.
The Mafia is a big group of Amatuers compared to Don CorleClinton.

I remember back in 1973 when I was in Chicago. Almost every night you would hear about a business hit with an arson attack. My friend, who was 75 and had lived in chicago all his life, said that the majority of these arsons was mob related. The arson attacks were never solved. They were using the burnings to get the insurance money.

Good news over here, nuclear assault on Obama, up to 400 Million to be spent by the time the election gets here. Your link says 160 mil. Where do you get 400 mil? Without some indictments on Obama and /or his associates, I wonder if any amount of ad money is going to make it happen for McCain. We need a knock out punch on Obama!

Another 40 Million from the NRA, and a 200 Million Rove PAC. It’s in the thread.

Another 40 Million from the NRA, and a 200 Million Rove PAC. Its in the thread. OK and I'm telling you that at this late stage in the game, you need something more. Something so big the media cannot ignore it. I don't think money alone will do it for McCain!

"I think this strikes fear into the Blagojevich administration and the Statehouse Democrats but not into the Obama campaign," says state Sen. Kirk Dillard, R-Westmont, a John McCain delegate to the GOP convention but an old friend of Obama." This smacks of a typical Drive By Media delay tactic. Remember, they only have to delay for 3 weeks. It goes like this: 1) Report a little bit the story, but as inconspicuously as possible. 2) Use a supposed enemy of the perp to down play its significance. 3) Drop it like a hot potato.

I remember back in 1973 when I was in Chicago.It is true of other states and both parties. In that same year I was running a campaign headquarters in New Jersey and some associates of the Chairman had a meeting in the headquarters. It was the New Jersey Italian American Civil Rights Committee, a branch of the New York Italian American Civil Rights Committee, Chairman Joe Columbo, head of one of the NY Mafia Five Families. They told me to go out for lunch while they met, so I went out for lunch.

What 200 million dollar PAC? 160 million plus what the NRA has is a good war chest. But I’ve seen no evidence of Rove having 200 million to spend in the final days.
