We have little doubt that the people who posted these entries will soon have their My.BarackObama.com accounts disabled by Obama’s moderators (and at least one did), in which case we are delighted to welcome them to PUMA or the GOP, whichever they prefer.

“The problem is middle America has no clue. They are being kept in the dark.”

I am as furious with the MSM as anyone- they have become the Fifth Column. I have railed about the propaganda being disseminated in many posts.

But you know what, middle America has a responsibility to obtain some accurate knowledge, too. There is internet in middle America, and they have access to talk radio, and FNC, and most cities do have a newspaper that will be more conservative than another.

If people are not responsible enough to get any balance in their information, they will be sheeple, and unfortunately if that sways into a majority, we will all suffer for it.

But I am hearing a lot of people talking to each other, to their friends, about this election. they are exchanging views. I overhear conversations on the streets, in supermarkets, in restaurants. Acorn stories are out there, so is the Ayers story, so is the “taxes is patriotic” message, the surge...

And ultimately, as much as we hate the MSM and they hate Repubs- it is up to Mccain and Palin to convey the message even clearer and stronger. That is their job right now. The 527s will hopefully go balls to the wall this month.

And finally, not everyone needs to know all to make an informed decision. All it takes for each person is a hook- something that strikes a chord in them, whether it is higher taxes, or palling around with a terrorist, or otoh, “health insurance is a right”, , or being for or against the war from the beginning.

Different things will appeal to different people. And for many who will vote dem, it will be an emotional choice, not an intellectual one.

This election will in many ways be a referendum on whether the majority of voters are intelligent enough, or not. And I cant blame it all on the CBS, ABC and CNN.

If there are so many uninformed voters that we lose this election, then the majority will be getting the government they deserve. And part of the fault for being uninformed is on them.

Sorry for digressing.

Are you telling me that these are actual democrats who actually don’t like cheating in elections..who have a conscience..who actually believe they can win without using “racism” as an excuse? (stunned)

Yes, there are. And, I am thankful for these honest, ethical Democrats. I am thankful for both of them.

As I have said before we are fighting more than one front...we have Obama, and all his B.S., we have MCcain who is doing everything possible to lose this election, we have the republican party that had a chance but blew it, and most Importantly have the media.... we are the underdogs but do not lose faith! It's up to us to make a difference. If I have to wake up the day after the election's and we lose....I want to at least say..I fougt the good fight. You are doing a good thing!

The problem is middle America has no clue. They are being kept in the dark.

Voters DO know about ACORN. ACORN has been pulling this crap for years.

People don't like it when someone tries to steal the election, no matter who they vote for. The theft overrides THEIR vote, and leaves them without a voice.

If McCain wants to win this, he has to make ACORN a front and center issue. Oboma cannot argue against the truth. He''ll try changing the subject, distract until the listeners forget the issue, ridicule, or play the victim card as a last resort.

McCain has to keep the pressure on - Do it nicely, calmly, politely and stay focused on the target - ACORN and Oboma. That way, Oboma cannot use any of these things against him.

ONE of the “bundlers” who has raised $50,000 to $100,000 for the Barack Obama presidential campaign is Terrence Bean, who once controlled the biggest producer of gay porn in America.

Uh.....I wonder if Oboma has ever, you know, tried becoming an actor. Ahem.

“The problem is middle America has no clue. They are being kept in the dark.”

No. not that they are being kept in the dark. Most don't want to know. Most want life to role on by. Many just want it to be all over and done with. Somebody else will handle it for them and they will be able to just keep moving on with their life.

The reality is that every other Presidential election you wake up the day or the month after and nothing is really that different. Life moves on with barely a thought. So they do not care to think too deeply about it.

To them Obama has sold himself as just another presidential candidate. That is why it needs to be brought through to them. The reality that this is not an normal election. That is McCain's challenge and I think it is why many are frustrated with him right now.

Not that he is not offering something better or not, but the absolute reality that Americans are not being presented with the reality of what Obama is and is NOT. Clearly and on their level McCain is not getting through to many folks.

He needs to forcefully sell the “want” to learn more, and the importance to learn more. He needs to sell the reality this is an election for the average voter to really care. The question is will he and can he?

How?

Could be liberal guilt at play, they have done so much to make housing unaffordable that ACORN provides them some psychological rationalization. They can say they support affordable housing while continuing to make housing unaffordable.

i thought the branchflower report odd last night because it both accuses palin of an abuse of power while at the same time saying that she was within her executive rights.

Sort of like when Dan Blather claimed that even though his documents were phoney, they were still truthful. Or like when the same Dan Blather told Bill O'Reilly that it is possible to lie and still be an honorable man.

“File this under the category of “Wishful Thinking”.”

Of course the hard core comrades don’t care about this stuff. They applaud it. BUT it’s not the comrades that this material will worry. It is the so call moderates and the handful of undecideds and a few more rank and file democrats who need a reason to tell themselves it’s ok not to vote for “the colored guy” that this will impact.

Implying that this means nothing is not a clear eyed view of the situation.

Can you imagine how far behind the democrap candidate would be if the so called ‘mainstream’ media wasn’t pimping for him? Even a lightweight like McCain would be trouncing the empty suit, Obamalamadingdong! I cannot put into appropriate words my disgust with both the liberal wing of the democrap party and their willing allies in the media!

0bama is so compromised he can’t possibly govern from his own principles (if he has any). He would be owned from the moment he took office.

Scandal? What scandal? I’ve been watching the news on cable and reading the papers. No scandals reported there. At least no scandals involving anyone to the left of center.

The $800K donation to ACORN was mentioned too. By Campbell Brown!

This thing has traction and unlike Area 51 conspiracies and plots like the birth certificate, indictments and Odinga. This is easily and readily digestible by the sheeple and is a story the MSM eats up. ACORN is the new O.J., with blacks bleating...’’Huh what us, we have pure motives here” and whites on the fence folks thinking..”Jeez I don’t know abut this skinny guy honey, maybe he does seem shady”

My whole family were Democrats for decades....until the fraud and corruption became too blatant to ignore.
[the late 70s did it, for us]

En masse, we switched to Republican, so yes, there probably *are* many honest, decent [and usually grossly misinformed] Democrats out there who are horrified by this treasonous subversion of the electoral process.

Not *all* Dems are evil...they’re just blissfully oblivious to what has happened to their party.

I understand all too well the PUMA attitude “I didn’t leave my party, my party left me.”
