Thank goodness you're not in charge of this or any other campaign.

If the election were held tomorrow, McCain/Palin would win. Period. They'd win OH, they'd win FL, they'd win VA and NC. And they'd win at least a couple out of CO, NV, NM, NH, MN, IA, WI, PA and MI.

That is an impressive aerial view. Thanks for the link.

On Monday, after a huge morning event in Va. Beach with McCain, Gov. Palin will then head up to a NASCAR track near Richmond VA. It holds over 100,000 people. Now I don't expect her to get 100K for a rally, but ticket requests were at 24-25,000 before they changed the location yesterday. Should be a large crowd and a great time.

I wish I shared your optimism but runvus is right. McCain loses votes every time he opens his mouth. On the other hand Sarah adds vote with every speech. Were it not for her he would be –30 in the polls. I am afraid there are just too many idiots in this country who have no idea what they are voting for and McCain does not know how to get their votes.

Neither you nor runvus know what you're talking about. You actually think Obama/Biden are winning this thing, don't you?!? LOL

They hold Jamboree in the Hills there every summer. It’s a huge place in the middle of nowhere. (Our band plays there every year.)

PA is extremely close. Plus there are several House races that the GOP lost two years ago that are quite competitive. FL is just about a sure thing, and I expect McCain/Palin to carry VA by 5-6 points.

Read some of HamiltonJay’s posts. He lives there and is very optimistic for his state going McCain/Palin based on his observations and knowledge.

McCain is a RINO and that’s why he is doing as poorly as he is. That’s why he said Barry is a good man and will be a good President.

At this point McCain doesn’t have a leg to stand on.... he’s shot himself in the foot too many times.

Thanks, curth, I saw the whole speech. She spoke about 30 minutes which is a little longer than most stump speeches when the candidate is really on the move.

She was good, folks, trust me on this. She motivated the crowd which is precisely what she has to do......and what she does so well.

The announcer said Biden is coming to the same Ohio county in a couple days and guess what......

As usual, instead of appearing in parks, community auditoriums, outside sports arenas, even cow pastures where the common folk come to see McCain or Sarah, Biden will appear at a college campus.....as usual.

Biden takes the safe route, selecting familiar leftist territory. He is more confident delivering his speeches to nutty left-wing professors, radicalized students, naive skulls full of mush, left-wing administrators plus all the assorted intellectuals, double domes, aging hippies, dope-heads, wealthy, middle-aged liberal matrons seeking a degree in sociology plus other socialist and commie pinheads who infest and haunt the verdant, green campuses of marxist-controlled acadamia.

However, I bet its a chore even for these assorted losers to summon up the energy to go to a Joe Biden speech. They'd probably rather take a final exam in Latin than that.

GO McPALIN!

Leni

It was a great day for a rally! The crowd was about 10,000 and everyone was there to see SARAH!

Did you hear the chant from the coal miners? “Mine Baby Mine”......... I think it should be the rallying cry for the tax payers too, “Mine Baby Mine”!
