Twenty-seven people have been killed in a suicide car bomb attack at a meeting of tribal elders in a restive region of Pakistan near the Afghan border.
Eighty-one people were injured, many of them critically, in the blast in the Orakzai semi-autonomous tribal region.
The bomber struck as some 600 people held an open-air meeting to raise a militia to evict Taleban from the area.
In recent weeks, tribesmen in the north-west have taken up arms to fight the Taleban alongside Pakistani troops.

The Taliban didn’t learn jack from Iraq did they.
Al Qaeda turned the Iraqi populace against them, by bombing citizens. This despicable act that devastated a Pakistan community will come back in spades. Revenge will be sweet.

This is huge. If it sets the Tribal Elders ever more against the SCUM, the blowback will be severe.
Revenge will be a dish served HOT & COLD and in heaping portions.

Winter is setting in. As drones cruise the skies over the FATA regions, those that realize or suspect they are targeted will have to bundle up and seek some other place to keep from freezing to death, when having to face relocation.
Meanwhile the NATO and US forces continue to build up the Afghan army and Intel corps.. And as the build up continue and ongoing infrastructure improvements continue, the goons wait for the spring warmth to return, the Pakistani army gains in will to eliminate the Talaban and al Qaeda groups from their side.

In Iraq, al-Qaida’s evil was its own undoing. Killing civilians and forcing harsh rules on them ticked off the Iraqis and turned them against AQ. This will sure as heck tick off the Pakistanis. The Taliban is digging its own grave. This will come back to haunt them.

So be it - We need to step up our aggressiveness within Pak - Make the Taliban / AQ elements continue to hit Pak targets - Reality is the Pak Gov’t needs to feel some pain (clearly) in order to understand the situation....and to understand we (U.S.) are not going to sit back any longer.....Come hell or high water with regard to the Pak Gov’t.....
