An ad and a slogan.

A sky-rocketing homicide rate , a sewer of corruption that stands as an inspiration to grafters and mob guys everywhere, a state government trying hard to follow suite, deteriorating city services and a failing school system. Are we missing anything? Yes! One of the most stressful cities in the entire country

OBAMA-STILTSKIN has apun other people’s money into toxic garbage.

He’s spun other people’s money
1. to corrupt our voting system. (ACORN)
2. to hurt Chicago schools. (Annenberg Challenge)
3. to build Chicago housing which is now scheduled for demolition. (funneled money to Rezko and his other cronies)
4. to help derail our economy (Protected Fannie Mae buddies, got contributions)
5. to promote racism (funneled money to Revs. Wright and Pfleger)

I’ve been thinking similarly lately.

If you look around the country at the worst places to live, all of the worst Hell-holes are run exclusively by democrats. Want to see what liberal democrat domination looks like? Want to see the end result of what they stand for? Look at Detroit, Chicago, Washington DC... and many others.

We are about to get the same on the federal level, if Hussein wins, and the dems get to 60 in the US Senate. I’m afraid we could be heading for very dark times.

Yes, but most people would counter with places like Seattle, Portland, Madison WI, Santa Cruz, Ann Arbor MI, Aspen, and Austin — all great places to live, all hotbeds of Democratic sentiment.

What do the good places have in common? The ugly answer is that almost all the good places to live have lily-white populations. On the other hand, the places you list as hellholes are all famous for their, er, "ethnic diversity".

The FBIs national crime stats will bear me out. I know it's uncomfortable to say out loud, but facts are facts.

Believe it! And don’t just sit around - get moving before the election and do what you can to convince others to vote Republican! This author is correct about the polarity. I hardly speak to some of my family who are voting Obama - how COULD they do that to our country, and more personally, to my kids! Of course, as I am a stay-at-home Mom, they look at me with GREAT disdain, as if I am a pampered poodle staying home watching soaps. The truth is, I have raised 3 kids, one with Asperger’s, and got another thru a brain tumor and all that entails, and I couldn’t have done it and worked full time. ANd I’m glad to say, all 3 of them are great kids. Not out doing drugs or other bad stuff.

"I know it's uncomfortable to say out loud, but facts are facts."

Very true, but one thing ALL of them have in common I'm sure, and that is SKY HIGH taxes!

“The issues that separate Americans now go down to the bone –almost as deeply – I believe - as those that precipitated The War of Secession. In my own life I’ve seen relatives distance themselves, and Friendships broken, as a result of anger generated when these matters are confronted directly.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This from the top of the web page made me stop and think. Actually the issues today are very similiar to the issues that precipitated “The War of Secession”. The main difference is that in those days we separated along state lines, today the divisions are within each state moreso than along state lines. The division is between those who still believe in freedom and equal opportunity and those who believe in slavery to government and equal outcome.

Yes!
Please help get the word out every way you can - email your thoughts and articles that express similar ones to everyone you know, write letters to the editor, and above all:
SUPPORT THE NOBAMA CAMPAIGN!
Then use the next 4 years to help bring the Republican Party back to its roots.
But, remember, if Obama gets in there will be a thugocracy of the type not seen yet on the national level. Getting a change of regime will be like it was during the reign of Richard Daley I, and is now during that of his son Richard II, in Chicago - but WORSE. As, his model is really more like that of Lenin and Fidel than that of either of those Mayors. It is TOTALITARIAN in the ORIGINAL sense of the word - i.e. encompassing the TOTALITY of a societies institutions - schools, churches, the workplace, etc. There will be cradle to grave indoctrination, speech codes written into national law - like in Canada and Europe, and - at some point - it is likely that those who are “too loud” and persistent in dissent will start to disappear into psychiatric institutions - “for there own good.” Of course.

Keep up the fight!

Yes, but there is a subtlety in play here that bears close attention. The closest analogy being that of the frog being boiled in the pot so slowly that he doesn’t notice it until it is too late, and the closest historical example might be that of the way by which Joe Stalin defeated his rivals for power in the aftermath of Lenin’s death.

The first term of an Obama presidency might be devoted largely towards extension and consolidation of Marxist power in the country. A tightened and extended grip being exerted on all educational institutions, professional organizations, youth groups and facilities, helping professions, the ABA and the AMA, etc. Legal provisions will be implemented to enforce and solidify the existing
institutional policies. And bureaucratic control on all levels will be exerted to reinforce those methods - phone calls from dissenters will not be returned, emails replied to, files will be “misplaced,”payments unrecorded, etc. Fines WILL be levied though - whenever possible - and collected.

This was Stalin’s genius. As party secretary he consolidated power in just that way, and exerted it when the gloves were off. “Good old Joe keeps things running while we - the other party officials - do the “really”important things - such as the development of revolutionary theory, etc.”
They - the other officials - as it turned out, were dead meat.

During the period while a Obama regime consolidates, they will seek to extend their writ into agencies - such as the military, security services, and local police - where their influence has been resisted heretofore. There will be carrots - grants, promotions, preferred placement, etc those inclined or willing to toe the party line. Others will be forced out as quickly as possible. They will do much as Clinton did when in office but more systematically and thoroughly. Professionalism and patriotism will take a back seat to ideological adherence and devotion - just as it did in the Soviet Army before the German invasion in 1941 exposed what a hollow shell it had become as a result.

And, while these things are happening, there may well be a semblance of normalcy in other areas. Just as Lenin employed the NEP, much of the fundamentals of the free market will likely be kept in place as long as they are useful, AND until the Marxists think the population is ready for more foundational changes. Similarly, the outward forms of the GWOT may be maintained while the groundwork is laid - here and overseas - for some kind of “fair and just” form of “reconciliation” to be implemented . A set of measures intended - of course - to address the “legitimate” issues that “prompted” the war in the first place - i.e. “glottalization”, “unfair” distribution of wealth, “disrespect for the culture of Islam”, “the legacies of colonialism”, and - of course - the “ravages of Zionist aggression.” But don’t look for this last point to be expressed in any war remotely resembling that which matches the way the Marxists think of it. Instead there will be soft, soothing murmurs about “a balanced, even-handed approach,” the need for “true multiculturalism and religious pluralism in Israel”, a “right of return” for Palestinian refugees etc.

When the frog is fully cooked, he will - of course - be eaten.

All the best

You’re probably right.
I just wish that it was being monitored as closely as it should be - in regards to its origin and other restrictions. If it were, there would be a good chance that it would be the end of his chances right then and there.
