Chillicothe, OH (AHN) - Speaking to a crowd in Ohio on Friday, Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) said his opponent's "stoking" anger during rallies was the last thing the nation needed at a time of deepening financial turmoil.
"In the last couple of days, we've seen a barrage of nasty insinuations and attacks, and I'm sure we'll see much more over the next 25 days," Obama said.
"It's easy to rile up a crowd by stoking anger and division. But that's not what we need right now in the United States. The times are too serious. The challenges are too great. The American people aren't looking for someone who can divide this country - they're looking for someone who will lead it," he added.
Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) has launched aggressive attacks on Obama's character in the past week, repeatedly mentioning the Democrat's ties to former 1970s radical Bill Ayers, and asking the question, "Who is the real Barack Obama?" in speeches, interviews and TV ads.
Critics have said such attacks incited supporters to anger, and several reports have documented such incidents. The Wall Street Journal said someone had yelled "Off with his head" during a McCain-Palin rally in Pennsylvania on Wednesday. It added that in an Ohio rally the same day, a man stood holding a sign saying, "Obama, Osama."

CBS2 news in Chicago reported how the death toll in Obama’s Chicago (mostly south side) were higher than the death toll in Iraq for the period between Memorial Day and Labor Day this year. What has Obama done to protect the citizens of Chicago?

What in Illinois has Obama improved? What has he changed? He has spent taxpayer money and the taxpayers got nothing for it, using kids as education guinea pigs.
Denying abortion survivor babies medical care because it will be a burden to the mom? That’s in the Illinois State Assembly record. Also in the same record are some of his “legislation” that is written in the language of a 4th grader. He wanted the taxpayers of Illinois to pay (and they did) for him to argue for a special day on the state calendar every year as Islamic Center Day, in honor of his friends who run an Islamic Center on Lakeshore Drive. It was an actual piece of legislation he drafted and it was voted down by the other legislators.
Obama can’t produce a real birth certificate. He is using lawyers to suppress a legal request for a legal birth document. What is he hiding?

The above link is an old article the Obama-activists have tried to suppressshowing a direct tie to ACORN activities, including “leadcership training”. Let there be no doubt that it can be documented.

Their not just angry they are scared. Just came back from lunch with 3 democrat women in their 70's who do not have access to computers nor do they listen to talk radio, one gets her only news from PBS (we are talking non-Christian sort of like new age religions type of dem).....They are terrified of an Obama presidency, think he would be worse than Carter.
More surprising was their knowledge that they are only receiving lies from the MSM, these ladies usually can't find a democrat talking point they disagree with. I was totally shocked, I new the left would have a hard time with the older vote but never these ladies.

Dear Messiah: Please remember that most ballots list two opposing candidates. They do not list “Heal” and “Don’t Heal.”
They will either never come back because they are embarrassed or will with their eyes open. Those that do not were a lost cause that were never going listen to you anyway.
They are not the middle that is why I found them fascinating. Dems should have their vote easily and they are not going to ever convince them to vote for Obama. I have said all along the democrats had a problem with older white dems I did not realize how much of one until today since I had only been exposed to blue dog dems that were not voting Obama in that older crowd.
Just curious, because I’ve talked to a few older female dems that look gobsmacked when I bring up the idea that democrats are socialists -
