We should out source Our Prisoners and their care during their Incarceration Time to the Chinese Penal System. Surely thhey will be glad to offer us long term contracts that are quite reasonable and they are horribly efficent in their present care. A side benefit will be that Criminals will be running from Our shores so fast that the Democrats will loose at least half of their base, maybe GOD willing, more!

Look the Constitution is very very clear what defines treason. First you must have a declared war! You must be giving aid & comfort to an enemy in a declared war.
The Founding Fathers purposely made a charge of treason relatively difficult.
