I pointed this out before, during and after Katrina... these folks are 3rd and 4th generation welfare recipients... YES they do feel justified, they think (and are told) that is the way it works. It isn’t just New Orleans, the Welfare Mentality is a Liberals best friend, it’s easy to identify, easy to manipulate and difficult change. Best thing that ever happened to New Orleans was the export of 2/3’s of the Welfare role, worst thing that has happened to Houston is that is where about half of them went.
I have not posted much since Katrina... I was hammered hard by FR and the dummies both... I was right then, I am right now.
